The carpet was left soaked. The tech said he soaked up the excess water but we had to have him do it again. Amazingly more water was removed. I believe the tech was just in a big hurry. He finished the whole job in about 45 minutes. This told me he was short of time and had to go to another location. We won’t use them again.
How clean my carpets are and the person who did it. Very personable and explained the process.
Customer service was easy to contact and work with. Service was high quality and efficient. They were also transparent with the costs and I didn’t get any unexpected costs in the end.

The cleaning service was not good.
You did a fine job cleaning our carpets, and your technician was efficient, friendly and courteous. However, for the second time since we've been using your services you managed to kill the grass in our parking strip with leaking cleaning solution. You need to be more careful in this regard.
I asked the technician to go over some spots and she did not also seen alot of areas missed were dirt was still visible in the carpet

The service was good , I was able to make an appointment and get one next day . The service rep was very polite , however i just felt like it was real quick. He was done in about 20 minutes.

your technicians work was very very good. I am just not sure zerorez is delivering on the cleaning power that is advertised. I don’t see any change when using the black light on my carpet after the cleaning was done. I still see the same marks on my carpet that I had before the cleaning. I expected all the pet stains in the carpet to be gone or significantly reduced.
My carpet in basement was oversoaked and wrinkled and is still not dry after 24 hours.

I suggest that an onsite review be undertaken prior to approving the service. This would enable the customer and the company to have the same expectations. It would possibly eliminate multiple call backs when stains keep coming back.
The tech had to come back the next day to clean the street in front of our house as the previous days tech’s van dropped quite a bit of oil. They did clean it but I was disappointed in the whole experience.
