It seems like a step was missed. There are still some pee spots in my great room, and every time we step in the carpet it smells like dog pee. I really didn’t expect that.

Jason came as scheduled. Very courteous. He wore a mask and shoe protection. He did a great job and said he would return if there was any problem at all. I love Zerorez. My carpets stay clean for a long time--and I have a dog--which reminds me. He checked everywhere to make certain there were not accidents.
The tech, Jeston was very pleasant and seemed very proficient in what he was doing. The carpets look great! The tile looks awesome! Best of any previous companies I have tried. I would certainly recommend you company to anyone!
Carpets take 8 hours to dry in some areas
Always polite, efficient, and professional. Even during the pandemic I felt okay with having a Zerorez tech clean my carpeted basement in less than an hour. I always appreciate the awesome service they provide given we have a toddler and two large dogs.
Technician was on time. He prepared our home for cleaning be shielding corners from hose and thoroughly cleaned our carpet and a few small area rugs. He was polite and helpful.
Standing water was left on the laminate flooring next to the tile that was cleaned. This should have been cleaned up so as not to damage the flooring. It was mentioned to the Zerores employee, but not taken care of.
My mom was very pleased with the job Sam did on her old carpets in her second floor senior apartment. It is great to head into winter knowing the carpets are not dirty. Thank you, Sam!
They were able to get out a stain I didn’t think would ever be able to get out.
The company is committed to customer service. They have a policy where if you are not completely happy with the work that was done they will come back and take care of the problem.

I love this company. Sometimes I wish it was a little less expensive, so I could get it done more often or get more things done when they do come out. But it is worth the price, so I do what I can afford as often as I can when we need it. And I am always really happy with the results!

John did an excellent job and when I asked if he could also do the stairs, he was very willing to add this to our job. Looks great!
