If carpet protectant and sealant are an option, please please give me those options when I book the appointment, not when the guy shows up.

What I like best about Zerorez carpet cleaning is that there is no odor nor residue left on the carpeting.
This last cleaning you sent 2 technicians which made the cleaning time much shorter.
Very pleased with the way the carpets look. Your staff was able to remove stains that we previously had been told were permanent.
There is no strong chemical smell during or after the carpet cleaning. The technicians are professional and are careful to protect corners of doors and walls as they move the hoses through the house. The carpets look great when they're done! Also, the payment process is quick and easy.
