We have used ZeroRez several times a year for many years. We wouldn’t use anyone else. They always make our very old carpets look like brand new. They’re simply the best!

It doesn’t use soap! Only water!! So if I have a spot later, I can just clean it up with water and blotting! Love it!

This is the second time I have used ZeroRez. Conrad has been our service tech both times, and he does a great job plus he is very pleasant. Carpets are left very clean. We had two chairs cleaned and they look brand new. I’ll use you again next time.

I've used Zerorez for years and have always been pleased, however, this experience was even better than previously because absolutely every spot was gone! In the past, I've needed to point out one or two places needing more work, and especially along the edge of carpet bordering my kitchen tile floor. I was surprised, however, at how long it took for the drying to be complete. I don't recall it being over 8 hours to dry in past years.
