Always professional, great cleaning job!
Seemed professional, little impact on our activities while he was here, carpets look pretty good. I think he could have gone over one heavy traffic area a couple times more. it is a small area, but one that would make a big impact.. I would i\use them again, but would call back for improvement. But, I had to leave town....
One traffic stain in the hall wasn’t cared for as well as the others. Overall the service was good, though.
Very professional people, the cleaning process was done in one hour. Carpets look great; no chemical smell or sticky residue. They were dry within hours and were soft and had a pleasant clean smell. Our technician was thorough, friendly and did a great job! We definitely will use their service again.
Something is different from the first time. Carpet isn't as soft. Took much longer to dry.

Services were great! Efficient and they did an awesome job!
Spots were left on my wood flooring in my entry way and I can't get them off... very disappointed since I did warn the young man and he said if he did get anything on the floor "it won't damage it because we don't use harsh chemicals" and he said he would wipe it off right away if it happened.
The tech was 1 1/2 half hours late for the appointment. He did a good job with the exception of leaving a few dark spots on the stairs from his hose. When I asked the supervisor about the 4th room free special he said he could apply the second 4th room even though we had 10 rooms cleaned. So for $33 you’ve lost a customer. Very disappointed in that response.
