The technician was quick and did an outstanding job. The carpet is about 20 years old and it looks almost new again. I also love how quickly it dries.
Soft carpet
I’m very pleased with the whole experience getting my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. Jaimes, the Zerorez Tech, was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to explain what the cleaning process entailed. The carpets were extremely clean and dried quickly.

Came in a timely matter I love that I can follow the technician on my phone so I know how long before they arrive - everything was explained to me before the cleaning began and my carpets look wonderful!
The time was good for how long the wait was going to be. I stayed out of the way, so I didn't watch the process, but the carpet looked good and didn't take long.
Quality of cleaning was a big disappointment. Not much spot or deep cleaning but f stains on the carpet. Probably wouldn’t use this service again.

I really liked our last carpet cleaning technician. He he explained what he was going to work on and gave very good answers to the questions that we posed him. He was very polite and explained the ramifications of do certain processes. In the end, our carpeting was not only very clean but the softest it's been in many years!

Fast, easy, only complaint is we were not told that rooms were measured for a certain amount is feet, no one inquired to how large our family room size was, so the actual cost was surprisingly higher than what we were told.
Upholstery cost is very high.
You always do an excellent job cleaning the carpets. The technicians are friendly and competent. I had several stains and problem areas that now look amazing. You were professional, prompt, and efficient. I felt like the actual cleaning was done quickly and the carpets dried faster than I expected. Thank you for excellent service.

We had Zerorez in to clean the carpets in the home we were selling. We had the same carpet for 15 years. We had pets.It wasn't pretty. They did an amazing job! It took years off the carpet! We liked them so much that we had them come and do the carpets in our new home too! We love Zerorez!
It dried very quickley and my cafpets looked new.. The attendant was efficient and friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing.
There was not enough information given to me about the cost when I called to ask about your service. I did not know that there was a minimum charge or a minimum area to be cleaned. I was very surprised that it took 12 hours to dry. Some of this was my fault for not asking the right questions, and some is your fault for not giving me complete service information.
They are SO knowledgeable about their products and, more importantly, about how tile and carpet respond to various treatments, etc. The after treatment result is GORGEOUS! Absolutely will use Zerorez again, thank you!!
Clean spots better
Mitch did a great job and was very knowledgeable about my carpet and my chair cushions. I really appreciated the wonderful job he did. With the little more expensive protectant, my carpets look better than they have for a long time. Making an appointment over the internet was really easy and the company kept me apprised of when they would get to my house. Thank you.

I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez, Saturday November 28th. They do such a great job, it always looks so nice when they finish~! The tech(Ryan) came early and was very efficient, and went right to work, prespotting my carpet. Then went to work cleaning the carpets. He answered my questions, and went over a spot I asked him too. He was fast, and careful as he cleaned his way out of my house. I would give Ryan a "10" if I we're on a point schedule~!! Thanks so much Zerorez~! See you next time~!!!

FERNANDO CAME INTO MY HOUSE PROFESSIONALLY AND RESPECTFUL KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AND STARTED DOING HIS JOB JUST HOW HE SUPPOSED TO, CAME IN AND WAS OUT IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR‼️ ALL OF SALT LAKE CITY WHO NEEDS THEIR CARPETS CLEANED, CALL AND ASK FOR FERNANDO. HE IS THE BEST‼️‼️‼️👏🏼 HANDS DOWN TO HIM
