Your product appears to be very effective with fairly quick dry times and the carpet feels unadulterated afterwards.
The stain removal wasn't as good as I had hoped. There are shadows of the stains. For the $100 extra charged I expected better.
So prompt, efficient, thorough. I loved the workers... so pleasant and respectful. Drew was the greatest!

I think your company does a great job with cleaning carpets yet I think you should add in the issue of vacuuming for the clients before you do the shampooing. That is a minimal thing compared to what happened to me this past experience. I worked with the business side of the company and got scheduled for our cleaning and thought it would be done, but apparently we did not get put on the calendar because on the day I thought they would come, they did not show up. I waited and waited but they did not show up and I called and could not get through to any one. When I finally got ahold of some one the next week. They informed me that I was not scheduled and the only person that could put me on the schedule was out of the office for a family emergency and I would have to wait until he returned to get scheduled. I finally got a call and was able to get scheduled three weeks later. They offered me a discount on services but I was not happy. I appreciated what they were trying to do but scheduling for a business cleaning is hard because we need to be closed for the cleaning to happen and we are open 6 days a week. That made getting rescheduled really difficult. The cleaning has now been done and it looks great! Scheduling is my complaint and did not like how the office seemed not able to help me or get me scheduled until the one employee could return from their emergency. I hope that this group will fix this issue with scheduling so their quality of service will match their service for scheduling.

It seems like a step was missed. There are still some pee spots in my great room, and every time we step in the carpet it smells like dog pee. I really didn’t expect that.

The fellow who came did not introduce himself and barely spoke at all. I pointed out a few spots that needed attention and that was most of the conversation. He gave me the $ amount after measuring the rooms. I thought I was expected to pay then so my husband sent the payment as the fellow was cleaning. On the payment, the question was asked--yes or no--if we had been told about protectorant. Since the fellow had just started working, we mistakenly assumed he would be, of course, asking this question to us. So we marked YES, but the fellow NEVER asked us about protectorant.
It took a LONG time for the carpets to dry and we found some spots that had not stood out before in one room and on the stairs. It would have been nice for the fellow to say something to us. Also the cleaned rooms do not smell very fresh at all--there is kind of a dank order.
Well, that is our feedback--was not very good this time around. Not satisfied.
