Not very happy! The person who came to do our carpets did not wear gloves and had a mask but it didn’t cover his entire nose and mouth. Also when we were talking to him he would pull his mask down.

Also my carpet does not feel clean and it has been stretched out.

I like the feel of the carpet when it's been cleaned. The walkway and spots are cleaned. The technician was efficient, friendly and thorough. He wore a mask and booties to maintain the cleanliness of the job.

Your tech did not watch out for other furniture while spot cleaning an area in our basement. Our brand new chair is dirty because the hose rubbed against the corner. The chair is an oatmeal fabric and now the corner is black. Very disappointed to have cleaning done only to need more cleaning done on a brand new piece of furniture.

The carpet downstairs was still quite damp after a day. I had moved out of the house already so wasn’t there to monitor that. I wish I would have known that that might be an issue. The people moving in the next day had damp carpet to walk on in the basement :/

True to your word, when I wasn't satisfied with the original job, you sent out a better tech to finish the job. He was thorough and curteous, and did a good job. Unfortunatel, the rust spot by the family room door returned. I don't know if there is anything that can be done about that short of putting in new carpet. Any suggestions?
