I asked for the same things to be cleaned that you have in the past. Not only was I a little disappointed in the cost this time, but when the technician came and i showed what was to be done she informed me that the second set of stairs was not part of the invoice and it would cost me $60.00 more. I wasn’t happy with it at all. So I have had the same things clean now three different times and the price continues to fluctuate but this time was a little ridiculous that I didn’t get the same things cleaned and it would have cost me $120.00 just for stairs. Will debate on using you again.

Around the edges of the carpet doesn’t look clean and when he was spraying it first he didn’t spray where I had the tv on the table to move it make sure he gives the customer a chance to move everything before he put s it away

The carpet didn’t look clean after, the high traffic areas they were still noticeable and my carpet is just 2 years old I even paid for the micro seal. I won’t recommend it. I really had high expectations from zerores
