The services vary wildly from tech to tech. This tech was one of the most thorough but very expensive. I told him to look at my previous charges (I get my carpets cleaned all the time). He charged twice as much for the same service. I'm just not sure it is worth the crazy cost.

The service technician was on time. He went about his work and did a thorough job. When he finished, the carpets looked like new! Like the advertisements state, no residue is left behind and the carpets dry soft and clean.

I thought for certain that our movers had destroyed the carpet; at the very least, I had resolved that I would have to replace the carpet on the stairs. A friend recommended Zerorez to me after a similar experience. I have not had a great experience with other carpet cleaners, they tend to come in, wet the carpet down and be out of my house in under an hour and a half, which, if vacuuming, it can take up to that long if I'm thorough. the Zerorez technician came in and went through everything with me then got to work. He stayed until the job was done, about 6 hours, which put him at about 8:00 pm, but he didn't give up, he was a champ! For the first time, my cream colored carpet didn't smell like a stinky wet goat when it was done and it was amazingly clean! My stairs actually looked new after it dried. I should mention, I have several fur babies too, who had contributed to messes here and there.
I will definitely be using your company for maintenance and recommending to everyone.

When the tech initially finished cleaning our carpet, it seemed to smell and look much better. However, once the carpet dried, the pet stains are still there (although improved in some places) and the smell seemed to be the same or even worse than before.

It looked great! We rent and the carpets are horrible. they are clean and look and feel so much better.

Your technician was very nice to work with -- very helpful and friendly. The process worked great and my carpets look even better than I expected. It made a great difference. There was not much chemical smell and so far I don't detect any residue. This is the most satisfied I have ever been with a carpet cleaning service. I wish they would come to my area for smaller jobs. Moving 6 rooms full of furniture at once was a BIG project.

When you sprayed the pre-treating solvent on the carpet, some of it got on my furniture. I had to immediately wipe the bottom of my wood furniture with a cloth. Your employee wasn't aware that the sprayer could cause this to happen. Also, his face mask kept falling down off his nose, so I suggested that he bend the wire around the bridge of his nose to help keep it in place. He kindly obliged and was apologetic. He did a very good job cleaning the carpets, but when he finished, I had to remind him to stand 6 feet away as he gave me a recap of his work. He was courteous and efficient, but just seemed to need a little more coaching, especially during this spike in COVID cases. Thank you!

I still have a few spots in my carpet and I just never feel it gets the dirt out really well I watch your demonstrations on GTU but don’t feel that deep cleaning afterwards though I must say that he got the vegetable juice out of my neighbor Joye’s carpet our carpets are a little different. I’ve put up my Christmas decorations so now wouldn’t be a good time to redo some areas maybe in January

Disappoint is a strong word... I’ve never used ZeroRez before and thought I’d give you a try. The technician was great and probably did a great job.

After he left, my husband and I walked around and thought the carpets all looked the same as they did before. And that could be the way it is and it could also be our carpet.

He upsold a silicon carpet sealant and since everything looks and feel the same... I have this feeling I was scammed.

I paid a lot for the services, which was fine at first, but now am not sure how I feel about it now. I know your process is different, so maybe that’s just the way it is and like I said- the color of our carpet.

I did have a neighbor ask me about my experience afterward and she actually said when she used ZeroRez, she had the same feeling I am having.
