Ben did a great job very friendly
Garrett did an amazing job!! Our carpet had taken quite a beating the last 8 months with covid orders/mandates requiring our family of 7 to be home so much. But Zero Rez came to the rescue and our carpet cleaned up very nicely. No sign of covid wear and tear was left thanks to Garrett’s hard work!
We have been very satisfied with ZeroRez in the past. This service was like dealing with a completely different company. The first available appointment was several weeks out, the technician was late to an already late appointment. Our VIP/MVP pricing was not honored, had to call in and speak with a manager. And the cleaning quality was not up to par (very rushed).

My carpet bowed up in the center. It took until the next day for it to dry and go back down. I have had issues in the past with carpet bowing and needing to be re-stretched. I am hoping that this carpet will not need this in the future.

It was easy to schedule and navigate. Although the price quoting wasn’t accurate, I figured out the cost based on previous carpet cleanings. I Don’t mind three treatment up well during the appointment but a lot of less financially capable people would be able to afford the product of the quote included the cost potential.

I feel like I got a very rushed, sub-par job because the technician was so tired by the end of the day. The water was literally dripping off my couch and cushions. Dirty spots left on carpet with no discussion about them, I’ve talked to Mitch. Maybe I’ll let you try to redeem yourself in a couple of years. I’m sorry.

I got the protectant on my carpet a couple years ago and I thought that would take care of dirt stains. It didn’t. I came home after having the carpets cleaned to the dirt stains at my entrances. I don’t know if there is a better solution?

We had several pieces of upholstered furniture cleaned. Great job and everything now looks and smells MUCH cleaner! The technician was super helpful and very careful regarding COVID precautions, which we appreciated. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the office staff were all friendly and polite and let us know exactly what everything would cost. We were kept very up to date about when the tech would be arriving and he was right on time! We are more than pleased with our experience with your company!

The reason I chose the number eight to rate the service of zerorez is because at the end of the cleaning, the service agent asked if we would like to make a tip. Of course we did because it is difficult to refuse under the circumstances. If this is a policy of zeros I believe it is offensive. Plumbers, electricians, window installers, doctors, accountants and lawyers do not ask for a tip for their services. I don’t know of any service providers that do request a tip. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the way the carpet looked after the job was completed. However, if a friend asked me for a reference for carpet cleaning, I would tell him about my experience with zerorez and warn them of the tipping policy. Also, I do not like the bait and switch practice. We responded to the advertisement for three rooms with the fourth one free. We needed three rooms and a hallway clean. When I called to place the order I was not able to get three rooms cleaned with the hallway as a fourth room for the $99 package. I learned that there is a size limitation to the rooms. I ended up paying $134 plus a tip. The advertising for the $99 package is misleading or incomplete.
The process stays clean and the technician this time was excellent!
I have always been happy with the service but I was drawn to Zerorez because they don’t use harsh chemicals. Things feel clean, not soapy.
Could get an appointment within a couple of days.
