We were very pleased with the way our carpets look after Zerorez shampooed them. Your technician was very professional, yet personable. Yes, I would recommend Zerorez to friends and neighbors.

He was very friendly and was willing to accommodate some addition rooms that we didn't know about before hand. Carpets look great, was surprised that he was able to remove all of the stains.

I had my carpet in my four rooms upstairs cleaned, and we have two older dogs. The technician did a good job with the two areas where there were trouble spots in our offices, but the carpet in our living room and master bedroom was streaked and just doesn't look clean. I called to ask them to come back and clean the living room, which they did, but it still looks streaked and dirty.

I don't think calling them out for a third try would yield different results.

I am disappointed because the very first time I used your company to clean my floors, you did a fantastic job. I had never seen my carpets look so good! But the last two times, the quality of service has gone down, and this time, even when you have "redone" the living room, it still looks terrible.

Just not happy.

I have yellow spots that were not in the carpet before but are there now. The carpet is only three years old and the room with the spots is seldom used.

I like how well they were friendly and kind, and how well they cleaned the carpet in each room. They did the extra pet/urine treatment. (Which was expensive!) I hope it really works. They did a really good job cleaning each room!!

It would really help me to know ahead of time that the closet cleaning is more money. And, I was surprised we needed to pay for water treatment and disposal.

Super great service! My carpets are amazing now! They were able to get out several tough stains and a blue stain of spilled laundry soap. They were great in my house: he wore a face mask and shoe covers on his feet. He was thorough with also be quick. I am very pleased with the services that I got to have my carpets cleaned.
