I’m not impressed with one of the bedrooms. After it dried it still looks dirty. My stairs were really soaked, and they hav erec a hint of brown to them.

Hunter was very helpful, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions as to what might work better. Once the decision was made, he went to work and got the carpet cleaned. When he was finished, he explained what we needed to do and the drying time.

The carpet is only slightly cleaner than it was before we used the service. Not sure empowered water is good enough to really clean. I will be going back to Chem dry.

Service was great. Ben was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The only complaint I have is the block of time I had to keep my schedule open (between 11-4pm). It would be helpful if someone could call the day of service and provide a tighter time frame... maybe within 2 hours.

Our carpet was dead. We knew deep down that it was time to replace it. We decided to try a carpet clean first, since we didn’t have the funds available for a complete recarpeting. Zerorez came highly recommended, and our own research said they were the right choice. And was it ever! Zerorez gave the carpet new life! We keep going back to admire it again. The technicians should be more pro-active in determining if the the corner protectors should be used. When my technician was done, I noticed several corner base boards where the hoses were that were black, I did point it out and he came back in and cleaned them off.
