Ben was top notch and explained everything thoroughly. My carpets look great and I’m very pleased.
I still have a few spots in my carpet and I just never feel it gets the dirt out really well I watch your demonstrations on GTU but don’t feel that deep cleaning afterwards though I must say that he got the vegetable juice out of my neighbor Joye’s carpet our carpets are a little different. I’ve put up my Christmas decorations so now wouldn’t be a good time to redo some areas maybe in January
Disappoint is a strong word... I’ve never used ZeroRez before and thought I’d give you a try. The technician was great and probably did a great job.
After he left, my husband and I walked around and thought the carpets all looked the same as they did before. And that could be the way it is and it could also be our carpet.
He upsold a silicon carpet sealant and since everything looks and feel the same... I have this feeling I was scammed.
I paid a lot for the services, which was fine at first, but now am not sure how I feel about it now. I know your process is different, so maybe that’s just the way it is and like I said- the color of our carpet.
I did have a neighbor ask me about my experience afterward and she actually said when she used ZeroRez, she had the same feeling I am having.

Our carpets are over 10 years old and still in pretty good condition. This is out 2nd year in a row have Zerores come out and clean them. They are great , friendly and professional. I have been really satisfied with the results. Definitely will recommend and use in the future!!!!
We had some stains that came mostly out, but some crusty carpet from an earlier accident still felt crusty after, I expected the cleaning to return the fluff. So maybe some rooms were given more attention than others during the cleaning-
The work your representative did on our carpets completely exceeded our expectations. Stains and dirt were removed that we thought were permanent. Thank you!

Scrub harder,it doesn't look like anything was done,it looks the same as if nothing was done
I vacuum before they came to do the job and the only difference is we had to wait for it to dry
We like Zerorez's extraction method of cleaning carpets. The Technician was willing to reclean areas that were really dirty when asked without concern.

Amazing! They were able to get out some spots i thought would never come out. And the high traffic areas which are matted from wear and tear were much improved and these carpets are 14 years old. I think we can put off replacing the carpets for quite awhile. I am so happy to have clean carpets for the holidays.

I was very happy with the results. It has really made me feel so relieved to get up this morning and look at the wonderful job. It looks like new in spite of it being an old carpet! I had Conrad clean my recliner which I thought was hopeless. It look brand new! Conrad had worked hard! and it showed.
The process uses too much water and was not expecting the carpet to take as long to dry.
My second service was not as thorough and careful as the first, but the carpets do look better than before so I guess I'll just hope for the first technician on my next service.

When you sprayed the pre-treating solvent on the carpet, some of it got on my furniture. I had to immediately wipe the bottom of my wood furniture with a cloth. Your employee wasn't aware that the sprayer could cause this to happen. Also, his face mask kept falling down off his nose, so I suggested that he bend the wire around the bridge of his nose to help keep it in place. He kindly obliged and was apologetic. He did a very good job cleaning the carpets, but when he finished, I had to remind him to stand 6 feet away as he gave me a recap of his work. He was courteous and efficient, but just seemed to need a little more coaching, especially during this spike in COVID cases. Thank you!
