Carpets look great- the workers were awesome.

Zerorez was very understanding and cooperative when I sent the picture of what I vacuumed up from 1 room using a brand new, never used, shark vacuum a couple days after cleaning. There was hardly any traffic in the main room after the initial cleaning and my vacuuming but I picked up a considerable amount of yuck! Zerorez returned 1 week later and recleaned the carpets. Thank you very much. I hope a double cleaning will help in the cleanliness of my carpets.

I also tried the tile cleaning the 2nd time the technician came out so I could try and "pay it forward" to you guys. The cleaning was Unsuccessful and my tile looks exactly the same as if I mopped it myself.

Zerorez is quick and efficient and they do a great job. I also like that they use corner guards so my walls don't end up messed up.

We really liked how Brian cleaned our carpet !He went the extra step telling us everything we needed to know about the cleaning. He also suggested we purchase a UV light to find pet stains in the prevention of pet accidents from incurring more. Brian had to come back to redo because we found other spots showed up using the UV light. He asked if my husband would stay with him while he cleaned to point out the stains we discovered. Once again Brian did an excellent job explaining the spots could be in the pad. We were very pleased with his job and want him to come back when the carpet needs cleaning again. Keep up the good work Brian!!

The carpet looked and smelled so much better! It looks really good. Usually when I’ve gotten carpets cleaned, they’ve felt like there was a film of soap or something stuck on them. They felt yucky. These ones felt great.

My carpet was soaked, I’ve never had it be so wet when you were done. Looks super just wet.

The service person - Ben - was extremely nice and accommodating. He take care to protect walls and furnishings. Stains came out that we didn't think would and I would definitely use Zeroez again and would definitely recommend to other people. Very pleased!!!

The rug technician sent out recently was very nice and very conscientious of his work.

The stairway landing carpet is still stained but cleaned quite well. I am trying to get the remaining stains out of the carpeting.

The bedroom that was re-cleaned came out beautifully.
