We had a second visit today to FU with problems from initial cleaning -runs in the carpet. Second technician couldn’t provide a reasonable explanation. Said he’d report this problem.

My carpets felt horrible afterwards. They went from soft and luscious to feeling matted and crusty. My carpets were cleaned on a Tuesday and I left town early Wednesday morning. I arrived back home on Friday evening to carpets that were rough and crusty. I re vacuumed my carpets to hopefully lift off the layer of residue and it helped but they are still nothing compared to the areas that weren’t treated.

I just looked at my large furniture and there is sudsy residue splattered on everything.

He was very nice and friendly. But I felt my experience with Zerorez was terrible as far as the product is concerned.

You have a major upsell as part of your business model. This is a big turnoff and should be changed or forewarned. I was planning on doing our second home and mother’s a d I’m going elsewhere. Would not recommend. Also talked to a manager( forget his name) and clearly he didn’t care. I expressed this frustration in Yelp and Google.

I had a pet treatment completed and I know that it’s not guaranteed but I think I expected more from the first treatment. I used the black light on the area the same evening and it didn’t look any different. Now, I am paying an additional $50 for a repeat treatment in hopes it will come out?

The tech did very good job of cleaning our carpets, recliner and couch. Will use Zerores in the future.

My floors we still damp after 10 hours! I think your men need to vacuum up the moisture in the carpets more thoroughly. Also, I requested that Hunter come and do my carpets. I would have gladly waited or rescheduled for a day he was available. We had zero problems the day he helped us several months ago. Please listen to your customers!!!
