I like how the carpet looks after it is cleaned, but the real bonus is how long it stays looking clean.

I think the carpet cleaning is the best available. It definitely does not dry in 1 hour, however. More like one to two days. No matter, it looks great.

When making the appointment, I told the individual that we need two stories with 6 rooms total. The individual who came to shampoo our carpets was surprised as his paperwork showed only a two rooms. He handled it wonderfully, as he let us know of the mishap before starting and let us know the pricing was going to be more than what we were told. He added on the “buy 4 rooms, get 1 free” as a guest recovery. He was great!

The technician was great! He was very friendly and professional. However my carpets don’t really seem that much better. Maybe because my Caroet Are over 10 years Old. I have used different carpet cleaning companies and your company doesn’t seem to be any better than the ones I have tried. Also you are much more expensive. I have no complaints about the technician because he was great! I was hoping the citrus smell would linger a little longer.
The smell was gone when the technician was through cleaning.

I like how fast the carpet dries and no residue.
However, what I don't like is that on MULTIPLE times you have come to my house, the minute you see my living room - I am asked the size.
That is BULL CRAP
I get that you do up to 200 sq feet for a room - but what about the rooms that are only 30 sq feet due to size or furniture? I am PRETTY darn sure it evens out - that it is SOOO irritating that that is what I have been greeted with on the last 2 occasions of using you.
I don't think I will use again.

Everything connected to it was par excellent. The young man First name removed (technician), was so efficient and knew what and how to do what I wanted done. His demeanor and manners were perfect.
Because of his actions he sold the name of Zerorez without knowing anything about it.
I was elated to see how clean my carpets were when he finished. The carpets have been in my home since the year 1974. When he left they appeared like knew.
