Your technicians are well groomed and professional; the carpets always look great and dry quickly; they don't attract dirt like other carpet cleaners
Tech was courteous, knew his process, and finished when he said he would. Result was outstanding, considering he was cleaning 20 yr old carpet.

The young man was very kind. We were a bit disappointed that in the entry it was not totally cleaned. There were quite a bit of dirt streaks left in one area. When it dried it was obvious. I got down to scrub and it lightened up some so i know it could be cleaned. Our carpet is quite old but it has always cleaned well. There is some places in front of the sofa that didn't clean up either when dried, Those particular spots may be hopeless but the entry was the worst. I have always had great luck with zero rez to this point!
Everything was explained in detail before starting the carpet cleaning and all of my questions were answered.

What do I like about Zerorez? So far, two days later, everything! In shame, I admit to first buying a discount carpet cleaning coupon and that is what I got...discounted. Such a smell was left behind with traditional carpet cleaning, I looked into replacing the carpet, and I rent! I tried what looked to be the best and Zerorez out performed my expectations. The patient technician was well informed about the naturally sourced cleaning products and ultimately led me to the thyme disinfectant. Thyme is a natural bacteria and virus killer and effectively removed the offensive odor and left the entire house smelling fresh and clean. Even the "wettest room" dried within 6 hours with additional fans. My recommendation could not be higher. Go with Zerorez

After your carpet cleaner finished there was water ALL OVER my NEW $7,000 wood floors. Don't you think your employees could clean up after their own mess I also was shocked when he ask me if I would like to leave a tip. For what I paid I hope you're paying him better than him asking for tips.
I will NEVER use you again after these 2 issues.

The absolute best! My 13-year old carpet and kitchen grout look like new again! I've had some bad experiences with carpet cleaners in the past few years. The carpet looks okay for a day or two and then ends up looking worse. Not with Zerorez! My home looks stunning now.
We were very impressed with the service and the high quality of the carpet cleaning. The carpet seemed old and tired and became bright and vibrant. The tech explained the services we were receiving and as we have pets, he used a black light to look for trouble pet offering spots and took care of those for us as well and the additional fee was worth it. Overall, very pleased and we are passing the word. Thank you!

The guy was super late, did the job and said said he wiped water off my hardwood with a rag. He didn’t and never even had a rag. He said, “Oh, I thought I wiped it up with a rag.” And stood there. Irritating.

The technician was friendly and personable.
I was a little dissappointed in the cleanliness of a high traffic area. after the carpet dried the strip adjacent to a wood trimmed transition looked dirtier than the rest of the area. I used a small spot cleaning carpet cleaner and went over this area,. I extracted a lot of dirt from it. The technicians need to be trained that in these transition areas, they can't just pull the want toward them while standing on the wood/tile section, but they need to run the wand along this type of edge so that it is cleaned appropriately. Pulling the wand straight toward this edge forces the head up before it can suck up this narrow band.
I had a few spots that needed to be re-treated & they came back and it looks great. Thank you
