It cleaned the carpet well there were two spots looked like rust spots about 1 inch in two rooms that weren’t there before other than that everything looked great.

We have never used a carpet cleaning company whose results are as superior as is Zerorez. The carpets look better: they stay clean longer; and the 30 day guarantee means that if something is not satisfactory they will return and make it right. Also, their technicians are clean cut, knowledgeable, and trustworthy which are important factors in feeling confident in letting people into one’s home to perform a service.
Efficient and thorough ...
It was pretty good. I think our mailbox is full is why we didn’t get a call that they were coming. We wanted to get our ducts clean but unable to do that was a little frustrating but understandable.

Uriel was awesome, and he was able to get spots clean that I thought would be stained forever. The carpet was fresh, and the pet odors were mostly gone. I couldn't believe how much fur he got out, even after I vacuumed.

When I researched you, I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did! Reasonable prices and quality work! Service technician was able to answer all of my questions and was very thorough in the cleaning our carpets. We get compliments of how clean our carpets are when guests come to visit!

Clean, fast, and friendly.
Several times over the years, we have taken advantage of advertised specials - usually KSL. The “special” this time was pay for three rooms @$33 each), and s 4th would be free. When making the appointment, I indicated that we also wanted our stairs done. I was quoted $141. In the interim between booking and arrival, we decided not to do one of the rooms (we are replacing the carpet), so you ended up cleaning 2 rooms plus a very small walk-in closet - no 4th room, yet the bill was $10
higher than quoted ($51). I don’t understand your math, and felt like your advertised offer was NOT honored. This has happened a couple of times previously, and I feel you are disingenuous and deceptive.
We have been having Zerorez clean our carpets for several years. We like the friendly interaction with the ones who schedule the appointment, the followup reminder on the day before, the reminder call on the day telling us a specific time. Then they come, ask what is to be done, clarify the scope of the job, agree upon the services and cost before they begin. We like that. Then they get after it. They work with me so I can move the furniture around and put the foam blocks underneath, allowing us to clean most of the carpet area without having to move the furniture into other rooms. The clean carpet is wonderful and makes the whole house feel and smell clean and fresh. The clean carpet is the reason for having Zerorez come, and the quality of the service through calling for an appointment and through the carpet cleaners picking up their stuff and driving away makes the experience worthwhile for us.
