The only recommendation is, my home now smells like wet carpet, kind of musty. I'm sure it's because you don't use any chemicals. Is there something you could put on the carpet when done that smells fresh? Other than that, the experience was fine.

I had two separate cleaning’s this summer for two different areas of my home. The technicians were hard working and very professional. I was comfortable having them in my home.
When it came to getting a couple of dark spots out on my stairs I was told that the stain remover was very expensive and that he just couldn’t use it on all the spots! ???
It wasn’t comfortable talking with Jodi over the phone and one of the girls that called about the arrival time of the technician could have been more professional. The carpets also took forever to dry and I even had floor and ceiling fans going.

The cleaners (Jacob - can't remember the other name) were great! Explained everything and the process completely.

Only comment is that the carpets were really wet -especially the stairs - took about 36 hours before everything was dry.

Excellent, friendly job cleaning my carpets. Even got most of a pet stain out that had been there for years.

No smell. The technician took his time and did a good job. I would have praised him and the company on FB, but I don’t have social media.

Dry time was 3 days. Marks from the machine that are still in the carpet.

There were places in one bedroom where stains still remain as though they hadn't been touched. If they were, it was only lightly. I think this carpet could look better. The rest of the house is okay.

I called ZEROREZ because I have been hearing your ads on the radio for years. I had high hopes.
The technician who cleaned our carpets was very nice and personable.

I was disappointed about the process and outcome on a couple of points:
-nothing was put under the feet of our furniture to protect it from wicking moisture. My husband and I had to do it for a couple of pieces where it was wet right next it.
- The hoses were leaking onto the hardwood floors. The rag he had wasn't sufficient to handle the dipping so I got another rag to help. The technition said that he would come back through and clean everything up before he left. I explained that it was hardwood and water would ruin it if we waited.
-The carpets were much wetter than we anticipated. Some places didn't dry out for 3 days. When they died out the carpet was stiff and crunchy.
-Lastly, after it was cleaned, our basement smelled...and still smells like a swamp. It smells kind of like the water ride Pirates of the Carribean. My daughter noticed it too when she came to visit.

Our carpet was only two years old and other than the spots that we had cleaned ourselves previously, it was in good shape. The surface texture has changed and looks rough instead of smooth.

Zerorez's representative was very professional and did a great job cleaning our carpet. He thoroughly understood that we had hired Zerorez, not just to have them drag their cleaning tool across our carpet, but to get our carpets CLEAN!!
As I said, he did a great job in a very short time -- and he had a very, very good name: Michael.
