Love that’s there is no soap.
Great service
Zerorez always gets the dirtiest carpets and tile/grout cleaned to almost new. It dries quickly and doesn't have any strong odor.

This is the second time I have used ZeroRez. Conrad has been our service tech both times, and he does a great job plus he is very pleasant. Carpets are left very clean. We had two chairs cleaned and they look brand new. I’ll use you again next time.
I've used Zerorez for years and have always been pleased, however, this experience was even better than previously because absolutely every spot was gone! In the past, I've needed to point out one or two places needing more work, and especially along the edge of carpet bordering my kitchen tile floor. I was surprised, however, at how long it took for the drying to be complete. I don't recall it being over 8 hours to dry in past years.
How clean everything feels after they leave
Our cleaner was great! He went the extra mile, was very pleasant and very fast. The carpet dried quickly and there were no hidden fees.

I am sadly disappointed in the outcome of my zerorez appointment. I spent a small fortune. Over $700 on only 3 areas. The kitchen tile is splotchy. Some of the grout came clean, and other areas didn't. And the living room and hallway I had cleaned and treated, and honestly, it feels exactly the same. I was hoping to notice more of a difference in my brand new carpet.
I would like to request to have Richard come back and redo the tile. He said once it dried, all the grout would lighten up. It looks like some of the spots were just missed.
