When I moved from Orem to Lehi, I made sure I continued to call you for my personal cleaning, and when I was on our HOA Board, I called you to come and clean the club house carpet. Too expensive 21/2 hours of work for 571.00...left oil in driveway from your truck. Oil stain is still there even after you said you would take care of it.
I like that Zerorez has very good customer service. Their employees are print and courteous. They did a great job on my carpet.
Timely, clean, and reasonably priced
After more than 24 hours of receiving my cleaning, the carpet, in some spots, was still wet enough to saturate my socks as I tried to move things back where they belong. I’m pretty confident this isn’t normal as I’ve never had this issue in the past and was told the carpets would be dry in 6-8 hours. You offered to send someone back out, or to drop off a fan, but honestly, I just want it done right the first time. I get stressed enough having those big hoses drug through my house for the original cleaning. I will likely look elsewhere next time my carpets need cleaning.
We had our sectional and stairs cleaned and for the price I would not recommend. The technician had to come back a second time to clean our stairs as they still appeared dirty in some spots. He said it could be wear on my carpet or black from shoes... however the carpet is only 3yrs old and shoes are never worn on it. They were "cleaner" after the second time around but not what I would expect for the price. The couch is a little cleaner but again, not what I would expect for over $400 worth of services.
Pros would be the technician was very nice and polite and service was performed quickly. I was also able to get an appointment quick.
The care you take to do a good job with a guarantee to come again if I'm not happy with the results.

I have a traffic pattern from my side door to the kitchen. I told your representative about it and he said he would make sure to give the area special attention. I watched. Didn’t look like he did. Carpet still looks dirty in some areas.

I think the carpet cleaning is the best available. It definitely does not dry in 1 hour, however. More like one to two days. No matter, it looks great.

When making the appointment, I told the individual that we need two stories with 6 rooms total. The individual who came to shampoo our carpets was surprised as his paperwork showed only a two rooms. He handled it wonderfully, as he let us know of the mishap before starting and let us know the pricing was going to be more than what we were told. He added on the “buy 4 rooms, get 1 free” as a guest recovery. He was great!

The technician was great! He was very friendly and professional. However my carpets don’t really seem that much better. Maybe because my Caroet Are over 10 years Old. I have used different carpet cleaning companies and your company doesn’t seem to be any better than the ones I have tried. Also you are much more expensive. I have no complaints about the technician because he was great! I was hoping the citrus smell would linger a little longer.
The smell was gone when the technician was through cleaning.
