Spots were left on my wood flooring in my entry way and I can't get them off... very disappointed since I did warn the young man and he said if he did get anything on the floor "it won't damage it because we don't use harsh chemicals" and he said he would wipe it off right away if it happened.
The tech was 1 1/2 half hours late for the appointment. He did a good job with the exception of leaving a few dark spots on the stairs from his hose. When I asked the supervisor about the 4th room free special he said he could apply the second 4th room even though we had 10 rooms cleaned. So for $33 you’ve lost a customer. Very disappointed in that response.

All service personnel are friendly and interested in providing superior service. Cleaning was quick and top-notch.
Technicians arrive on time, calling 20-30 minutes before arrival. Technicians are personable, clean, respectful of property, and seem very knowledgable and professionally trained. Technicians work steadily and efficiently. Any mention of “extras” are not pushy. No harsh chemicals are used, carpets are fresh with no chemical or overpowering “cover” scent. Pet treatment is wall to wall, only in areas the customer designates. Tile and grout cleaning is wonderful, grout sealing is worth it. We have experienced the the high quality ZeroRez carpet and tile cleaning 10 times and are more than satisfied every time. Am very sure the ZeroRez cleaning helps extend the life of our carpet. We are always 100% confident to recommend ZeroRez to anyone seeking reliable, high quality, professional, excellent floor care.

When the tech applied a water spray product to flooring, he over sprayed on to title and hardwood flooring. He attempted to wipe of some over sprayed area when I was watching and left other areas not wiped down-I noticed it when I slip on the wet surfaces. After He finished, He did not offer to have me checked the work.
The carpet looks much better than from past carpet cleaning work.
Tech did offer a small discount, but I think your promotions should be centered more around sq footage. In 2 rooms I left bed in place, so there was just entry walk areas that were cleaned.
Final comment: the work was done, rather rushed. Lacked attention to water over spray. Not a stellar work, but above average.
The stairs did not come as clean as the did last time. When they dried, some dirty spots came back. Also, blue stains appeared during the cleaning process. The technition was not able tor remove them, however I was able to remove a large portion of the blue stain with normal spot cleaner. I wish he had tried a bit harder on the stairs.
He came when he said he would and did the cleaning in an efficient manner and it looks great!
