The service techs were extremely professional and knowledgable. They did a great job and when we added some extra services (i.e sofa cleaning) it wasn't a big deal as I didn't request that when I called. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Gave me quite then when showed up said they needed to charge $20 more to ensure it was clean. Then it only took 15 minutes to clean. Not sure they really did a good job.

I love that you take care of your customers! I had you come 2 weeks ago and though the person who came did a great job and worked hard he mentioned that if I had any problems or needed your company to come back you had a 30 day guarantee. I called because I had one spot that I felt could be done better with more dirt lifted and you happily came back. I’m happy to say that the technician did a great job again and I couldn’t be happier. I’d highly recommend your company.

I have very old carpet. I have pets and kids. My carpet has been through a lot. the Zerorez cleaning took years off my carpet! Mitch, the service person, was very upfront and honest about what he thought would come out and what wouldn't. He was very polite, and answered all my questions. Thanks Mitch, and Zerorez!
