My couch looks worse than before it was cleaned! Also feels stiff in places...material on front on one side is stretched and wrinkled. The rug is not clean on the corners and edges!
Both workers seemed hesitant when they realized the couch was micro fiber. One said stains were hard to get out. My couch was more all over needing cleaning than stains. Then they took the rug and sofa cushions downstairs and outside to clean. First wanted to know if they could get the whole couch out! Seriously?
They should have had the leeway to say they couldn’t do either one...but probably knew they would lose their jobs.
Called the office and was told there was nothing he could do except have them come back. Why would I want them back? They were here about 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. Also couldn’t speak to supervisor or get his name to call today. He was suppose to call me and didn’t.

To make it right....I NEED MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GET THEM CLEANED!!
I am 75....kept my part of the bargain. Moved furniture...etc. Rug was put to dry on the deck so I had to get it back in myself. Plus moving Everything back. This truly was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company.
At this point my feeling is there is no integrity associated with Zerorez.
I did lose my temper, which is totally out of character for me, because of the frustration when contacting the office.
Word of mouth is a good and bad advertisement...At this point I have nothing good to say about this experience.

Very knowledgeable technician. My carpet looks in redouble. There were some spots that I have tried to eliminate with different products but I couldn't do it. I so so impressed he took the time to do it and amazingly there were fine!

Carpets looked great. Pet accidents cleaned perfectly with no smell or stains. Customer service was amazing. Unlike other carpet cleaners, the carpet dried quickly without the sticky feel of residue. I highly recommend them.
Hunter was very friendly and knew the carpet was made of nylon. I did not know how old the carpet was since I had become the new owner. He was respectful and took care to do the job right. The carpet looks like new. I am very satisfied with the service.
The Zerorez team was able to remove cat vomit stains from my light gray carpet. They were thorough but efficient, and courteous. I will definitely use again.
It was a wonderful experience, having Zero - rez in our home, a fantastic job was completed in just over an hour. Recommended 4 hour wait before the furniture was put back in place. We're pleased with the price and especially the job that was done.
I have had my carpets cleaned a couple of times with Zero Rez and have been completely satisfied with their service. This last time, I wasn't quite as satisfied, and kept debating wether I would call and see if they guaranted their work. I finally decided to do it and was a little embarrased, but they were so good about it that it really impressed me. The guy that did it the first time, was the one to come back, and he was great. Never made me feel foolish about any of this and even admited that they did look alot better after the 2nd time. Very nice. Highly recommend this Business.
