Work Harder on some of the hard spots

Good communication. Carpets look very clean and bright when finished. When asked about extra projects, gave the price so I could decide if I wanted them done. Very professional ad courteous technicians. Carpets dried nicely in about 5 hours with use of fans.

The carpet was left excessively wet and the service advertised on your website for wood floors was not available.

I have reddish areas that weren’t there before. They were areas treated with urine treatment. Plus, there were other areas that were so wet that the water came up around my toes. My first experience was awesome. This time around not so much.

I’ve used Zerorez to clean my carpets three times and every time they do a great job! This week John was our technician and he was very efficient and professional!

Job not done. Carpet did not get clean and was wet for 2 days.

Mid information on the 30 day guarantee... was lead to believe it included the pet smell that I paid extra for. Had to be very persistent to get it taken care of as finally did through text and phone call. Then when the tech arrived to do it free of charge as I had been told), he knew nothing about it being free.... finally got it resolved . Waste of my time and very frustrating. The tech was very good.... just had not been informed.... need a better system for that communication.
