The carpets looked great and the couches looked amazing. They missed some of the throw pillows which was unfortunate (and possibly our fault). Unfortunately a hose was run across our lawn and left a burn mark. It wasn’t a big deal, the next time the grass is mowed it will be gone, but it didn’t leave a good impression.
I have had zerorez clean our house before, but this last time was very disappointing. What is also rather frustrating is that we just moved into a new house, and the person who cleaned our new carpets did such a lousy job. I am always at the house when you guys clean my carpets, so I know what to expect. I know that you move slow and "suck-up" the residue with your machine. However, this last visit was not what a zerorez representative should have done. Sloppy, quick, when vacuuming-up the residue, the worker went so fast (I've watch over a dozen carpets cleaned by you guys, so I know what to compare with) that there is no way he could have been doing a good job. He threw the hoses around, dragging them across the floor hitting the sides of the wall and base-boards. Like I said above; I have had you guys clean carpets for us before and this last time was horrible. I know I will NEVER EVER use your services again.

I had four rooms cleaned on Tuesday. The rooms look so much better and the feeling of being clean is a great feeling. the only complain I have is that the front room just inside of the door was left with come streaks. I am told the will come and make it look better. Thanks for the clean rugs.
Dog peed. The guy couldn’t see it with the light. Wasn’t even sure what he was doing would even work. And my carpets smell the exact same. Waste of money.

Our experience with the technician was excellent. He was very professional, answering concerns and questions. We've always liked the results with the Zerorez product - the carpets dry more quickly and stains don't seem to reappear.

We planned on that call 45 min before you came. We have 5 kids and a busy Saturday we were looking at. I even called your line and asked if you were close, only to be told you weren’t and that I could count on that 45 min call. 10 minutes later you’re knocking on my door.
Also, all of my neighbors used Pinks and paid $150 to get their similar houses done. They charge $45/room. We called and were quoted $160 then ended up paying $300 (we added a chair and apparently the stairs weren’t in the quote, but my neighbors all did stairs).
Honestly it felt like bait-and-switch and just overall unprofessional.
The carpet in the master bedroom going into the bathroom still looks quite dirty. It would be great if it could get some extra TLC!

Little or no residue
They did a very good job. They were very fast and the techs were very friendly and professional. The only thing they could improve on is right around the edges and behind doors. We will definitely use them again when needed
