Did great, got there and finished in a good amount of time. Was very friendly
We had used Zerorez before and were very pleased. So we expected the same performance, but we did not expect magic. It is really amazing how our carpet was restored to almost new condition ... even better than the great cleaning we had years ago.
Service was fast and looks great had 4 rooms, hallway, and stairs done the price is reasonable.
I already voiced my concern with the technician. Previously when you were here my floors looked amazing when you left! This time when the technician left all of my floors looked exactly the same as when he got here. He told me some story about the great being porous. Which I may agree with on the grout that is walked on all the time but there are areas that are never walked on that I would think would get very clean that didn't! I was extremely disappointed in the service this time and no I will not refer you this time period after my 1st experience I referred you to everyone that I knew and talked to

Fast, high qualitt
Fastest carpet cleaning job in the west. ;) Colton was friendly & efficient. He originally estimated about an hour to clean our 1275 sq ft home, small considering we couldn't move the bed & dressers. All other furniture was removed from living & dining areas. Not sure if "spot removal" was included in the service, I should have asked. Spots in front of the two chairs used the most were still visible when he finished up. He pointed them out to me before I said anything, and apologized they didn't come up. He was in & out in about 40 minutes & two spots remaining. I got out the trusty towels, soft brushes & a bucket of solutions, down on my ol' achey 73-1/2 year old knees & removed the spots so they could dry with the rest of the carpets. That's a visual (LOL) Yup, spots gone; lesson learned. I just assumed spot removal was part of the service - it has been previously.

My carpet looks fresh and new again. Was pleased how careful the technician was with all the equipment in my home and was very clean looking and courtesy. All my concerns and questions were addressed and taken care of.

My couch looks worse than before it was cleaned! Also feels stiff in places...material on front on one side is stretched and wrinkled. The rug is not clean on the corners and edges!
Both workers seemed hesitant when they realized the couch was micro fiber. One said stains were hard to get out. My couch was more all over needing cleaning than stains. Then they took the rug and sofa cushions downstairs and outside to clean. First wanted to know if they could get the whole couch out! Seriously?
They should have had the leeway to say they couldn’t do either one...but probably knew they would lose their jobs.
Called the office and was told there was nothing he could do except have them come back. Why would I want them back? They were here about 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. Also couldn’t speak to supervisor or get his name to call today. He was suppose to call me and didn’t.

To make it right....I NEED MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GET THEM CLEANED!!
I am 75....kept my part of the bargain. Moved furniture...etc. Rug was put to dry on the deck so I had to get it back in myself. Plus moving Everything back. This truly was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company.
At this point my feeling is there is no integrity associated with Zerorez.
I did lose my temper, which is totally out of character for me, because of the frustration when contacting the office.
Word of mouth is a good and bad advertisement...At this point I have nothing good to say about this experience.
