No harsh chemicals
I hAD MY COUCH AND MATCHING CHAIR CLEANED BY zEROrES, AND IT TURNED OOUT WONDERFULLY CLEAN. iT WAS WET A LESSER TIME THAN OTHER CLEANING METHODS THAT i HAVE USED. iT WAS DONE IN THE AFTERNOON AND WAS DRY THE NEXT MORNING.tHE ACTUAL PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 35 MINUTES, AND iNOTICED THAT THE MARK FROM THE HEAT USED IN PROCESSING WAS MUCH LESS ON THE GRASS ON THE BOULEVARD THAN THE LAST (OTHER METHOD) CLEANING.
It’s always the best quality in cleaning . Plus the cleaners that come don’t look like the kind of people that you would be afraid to have in your home. They are clean neat and very personable and know their stuff. I’m never disappointed . It’s always a pleasure to do business with you plus no yucky residue in my carpet. Thanks for having such a great business.

We called on Zerorez to clean our carpets for the very first time ever (April 2021). We will definitely use them again. The crew was clean, polite, instructive, efficient, and prompt. Our carpets were almost totally dry by evening. The next morning I could not believe how soft and even fluffy they felt underfoot and dry! Thanks, Jacob and Tyson! Excellent job. The Barbers

I have had a smell since my carpets got cleaned. I’m called to have them come and clean again but apparently they didn’t clean But rather sprayed a deodorizer. It didn’t work. My house still smells where carpets were cleaned. I am disappointed as the reason I chose ZeroRez is because you claim to remove everything from carpet. Supposed to improve not bring out smells.
Very accommodating with rescheduling, and very efficient job. The carpet had a weird smell from previous owners and the cleaning got the smell out! Only suggestion would be for the technician to fully disclose prices for things, like the protection treatment. My husband said yes to that onsite and it was a lot more than expected. Happy with the job, though.
The gentleman that came was very kind and helpful. He did a great job and the floors and couches and explained everything very clear and made sure we got what we needed
The carpets were a lot wetter than I thought they would be when everything was done. In talking to a friend who used your company, her carpets were pretty dry after the service.

I feel like your system did not actually clean my carpet well as other companies i’ve used, that use regular shampoo in the end.
Also my son’s room was left really smelly after the technician used a special chemical to take out a certain stain. I had to go and wash the carpet on my own in my son’s room. If possible I would like a refund.
Our service tech was so professional and accommodating and very nice. He went above and beyond to do an extra good job. I love that Zero Rez doors an antibacterial treatment because I have a dog and they also do a black light treatment to make sure and find out where the urine spots are from my dog. So, not only does my carpet look clean, but I know that it really is sanitized and clean.… Which is so nice because I have grandchildren and it’s important to me to have truly clean carpets. They also did my tile floors and cleaned the grout and put a sealant on my grout. They look like brand new floors I couldn’t believe the difference. I also had them clean my Persian rug and it was amazing how much brighter it looked and they were so careful with it being wool. Also they did some upholstery cleaning that made my upholstery look several shades lighter. Once again I love the fact that the Zero Rez process does not just make things look clean but it really does clean and sanitize carpets and upholstery and floors. I highly recommend Zero Rez to my friends and family members. We also have used Zero Rez for our office/professional carpet as well. I’ve been very happy with them throughout the years. I wouldn’t use any other company except for Zero Rez to clean our office and our home carpets and floors.
My carpets were thoroughly cleaned and dried in a reasonable amount of time and they look great. I have used them before and the carpets stay clean longer because there is no soap or chemical residue. Thank you for a great job!

Their technicians are always so professional, polite, and friendly. They listen to concerns, wear shoe covers in the house and make sure doors are shut to keeps dogs safe, and they clarify and ask questions as they clean. They happily cane back to double treat a spot (thanks to aforementioned dogs...). We will continue to call Zerorez as we have done in the past.

I'll admit that it's been a while since my carpets were cleaned. However when it was all done, there were still some dirt streaks in several rooms and especially on the stairs even after the stairs had been cleaned twice. I like the idea of zero rez in that they don't leave any chemicals and use water to clean, but it didn't seem like the carpets were super clean by the time they were finished and the house smelled like dirt. The carpets were definitely cleaner but not as clean as I had hoped they would be. In the future I plan to have the carpets cleaned more often so I don't have so much dirt to get out of the carpets but I might have the next cleaning done by a different company then have zero rez come again in a few years.
They came when they said they would. Very courteous and respectful. Carpets look great. Job well done.
