Instead of trying to upsell everything, concentrate on cleaning what the customer asks you to. The tech said my couch wouldn’t come clean and yet I can see where he did try to clean it. We had two spots in an upstairs bedroom we were concerned about and they did not get cleaned. I paid A LOT of money and am not happy at all. I won’t be using your services any longer.

They communicate, show up on time, and work quickly. We had them come back to get a few spots a little better, and we are happy with the results!

I had issues with a reminder text going to the wrong number and they cancelled my appointment but I got an email reminder saying they'd be there. That caused a delay in cleaning my carpets which was frustrating. If they'd find simple confirmation when the person cancelled my appointment they'd know it wasn't the right person and could have avoided all the frustration.

I really liked the idea of no residue on carpet but I just don't think your way of cleaning actually gets the carpets really clean. Yes they are cleaner, but there are still dirt streaks in my carpet even after it getting cleaned twice. Yes my carpets are older and maybe that might be a contributing factor but after a carpet gets cleaned, there really shouldn't be streaks that can't even be vacuumed up after the carpet dries. It wasn't worth the effort of moving all the furniture twice and having it still look dirty. Sorry.

make sure to call customers if your running late they called me to say they were on there way, will be here in 45 minutes two hours latter they showed up

Carpets were left with dirty streaks all across the surface. It looked terrible. The technician said the carpet was too worn to come clean. I told him that it was only 1 1/2 years old and that it ws not a high traffic area. All he said was "Oh well". Got a carpet cleaner (similar to the rug Dr.) and redid the carpet. The dirt that came out was appalling, considering that you had just cleaned it. The water was very dark. I am very disappointed. Especially since I paid over $100.00 to have you clean it. Will never call ZeroRez again. .
