I had my carpet cleaned in February, and the house had been vacant, but you wouldn’t warrantee the poor job done initially, because 30 days had elapsed. Also you should make minor furniture moves that would on take a minute.

We had an ottoman cleaned that was not done well at all. After the tech was gone we took a wet rag and water and could still get dirt up from it. Disappointed in that. That carpet looked fine though. The ottoman just needed a bit more effort and time put into it.

The carpet is clean after they leave. It smells good and dries fast!🙂

I was so impressed with the service of Zerorez. The first call to schedule a date was awesome. Then because of a medical emergency, we had to reschedule, but Zerorez honored the original price and was so kind to move the dates for me. Wade, our technician, was wonderful...he even went back over an area I was concerned about to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Super clean carpets that dry fast!

Unclear pricing during the visit. When I called you guys for resolution you told me to basically get lost. So, I’m never going to recommend your service to anyone unless you show that you actually care about the customer and are willing to listen.

The carpet is very clean and smells good. Stains came out and it didn’t take very long to do.

Listen when clients ask for a pet urine removal then send out your service men and they only do a topical treatment. Then when the treatment does not work you want to charge them more for the treatment they asked for in the beginning.

We've used Zerorez for years and have always been happy with the results. We're still happy but this time the carpets were left wetter than usual. That's what I like about Zerorez is that they don't put a lot of water on the carpet. Maybe something malfunctioned? It's been two days and we still have wet carpet. I really liked Ben. He was really personable, considerate and honest. Just thought I'd let you know. I'd have Ben back again and would still highly recommend Zerorez but maybe check the equipment.

Jeremiah was our 'tech' on Friday, May 14, he showed up at 1pm and finished at 220pm. He was nice and courteous BUT did a FAST and lousy job. (and we gave him a generous cash tip.) We were aware of him cleaning the carpet very fast and NOT suctioning out much of the water, but didn't say anything? We have stairs with 14 steps and he finished in less than 10 minutes, soaked and not much cleaned. My husband and I had to use our Hoover machine (after he left) for over 2 hours to suction up the dirty soak water. Defeated the purpose, huh! We are seniors and moved all the furniture and was looking forward to having our carpets cleaned by professionals who were recommended by our good friends. I received a text from Mitch Phone number removed) to ask about our experience with Zerorez, I text back with my complaint and sent pictures of carpet job and told him to call Monday on my landline Phone number removed. He never called! I will need to call someone else to clean my carpets again, because, like I said we are seniors, and not up to the job. You asked what can we do to make things right? I would appreciate a refund, full or partial (especially the stairs.)

My service provider, Mitch, was on time, kept me informed of the bid and expected schedule for completion. We had an issue where excessive pet urine caused a discoloration in treatment, despite only using water in the process. Mitch was knowledgeable and was able to explain to me why that happened. He seemed a little ashamed or nervous, but he didn't need to be. I appreciated his candor.

It really made a difference with the cleaning of our carpet and tile. I was especially impressed with how clean they got our wool carpets, with the 7 year type of finish applied.

Your employee was careful to clean up any water drips, to protect my wood floors, and to repeat the processes to remove stains and get out extra water.
