The office people is very courteous and notify their clients on the schedule and whereabout of the technicians,. .the technicians are on time and they are very friendly and they did a good job on cleaning even the toughest stains in our carpet, so I'll likely recommend the company to my friends and neighbors,...shout out to Zerorez company!!!

I had my carpets cleaned a week ago and they looked really bad. There was streaks all over the carpet. They came back to re-do them and the guy said it looked like the machine was not firing 2 jets and that is why there was streaks. He redid them and they look soo much better. The streaks are gone and all I have left is clean carpet. Thank you for making things right!
You have been very responsive to my follow-up calls and I appreciate you coming back twice to try and correct carpet areas that needed spotting resulting from the first cleaning.. William has greatly improved the tile also but there are still some small areas that I am going to have to work on to make them match the rest of the tile. Thank you for honoring your 30-day warranty.
