Zerorez did a wonderful job on our carpets! Our only complaint is they were an hour and a half late. They called and told us they would possibly be 30 minutes late, but no other calls before they showed up another hour even later.
Double check charge with customer before having them pay to make sure an error was not made. This is what happened to me.
A lot of the stains did not come up out of my carpet. Was hoping for a better job. I will still have to replace my carpet eventually.

I like that you don’t use soaps on the carpets and the dry times are much quicker. But I still feel like the quality of the cleaning is the same as other carpet cleaning.

Schedule appts to allow add-ons if desired. Check if closets should be included to a bedroom, if carpet is detached from bedroom.

Only drawback is the additional expenditure you use meet to come our to Tooele.
My technician was awesome and explained every procedure to me. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He did not rush through the project and that is why I am very satisfied.
