Your technician came when he said he would come. He was very good at explaining the removal of certain spots, and worked hard at cleaning them, which he did. I was pleased that he recalculated my areas to two rooms and a hallway, which is what I had, instead of 3 rooms I had requested, saving a little money. He did a great job! He also told me there was a guarantee for a day or two after he left to have him come back if I was not completely satisfied. I do need him to come back for a couple of little spots that could not be seen when the carpet was still wet. How do I schedule this as it is now the holiday
weekend?

Tanner was on time and did a great job. He explained my options for some stains and smells. He finished in a timely manner and even redid a spot I was concerned about. I've used Zerorez before and they are great.

I called to schedule my granite tile and grout to be cleaned. I specifically said it was GRANITE. When he got there he said he was unable to do it, I went ahead and had him do the ceramic tile, which I was less concerned about but I was pretty upset that I couldn't even sign a waiver to get it done, I ended up calling my daughter and paid her to do it and then we resealed it soon as it dried. Probably won't use Zerorez again for my home.

I am sold on the fact that you make sure that the carpets are cleaned and that you don’t leave the residue of soap that will attract dirt right back to the carpet. But what will keep me as a client is your amazing technician that came out to work on the carpet. Jacob was fantastic! I was very impressed with his knowledge about each and every spot on the carpet. As we walked through the house before he started cleaning, he explained what each spot was and how he would treat it. He was very friendly, professional, and he worked so hard to get our carpets to a state of clean that I didn’t know was possible. Jacob carefully listened to every concern that I brought up and he had the answer for everything. It was also great that his team members came out and helped him when he needed some help with the equipment and to bring more protectant to the job site. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by so many different companies and technicians and Jacob is above and beyond anything I ever expected. He worked very hard. I don’t think I could put into words how awesome that makes the customer feel. If the technician will stop everything they’re doing and address any concerns with the biggest smile and a great sense of humor, while getting the job done better than ever before?…. The young men who came to my house were very personable, kind and answered many of my questions. One of the men was training the other and he was so kind to the young man he was training. Nice to see & hear "nice" in the world!

My carpeting isn’t soaked afterward. Gets out stains. Stains don’t come back right afterward.

I like how clean my carpet is following their work. I find they do excellent work. My carpets were very soiled and the work performed by the technician could not have been better.

Allow cleaner to discount the price if room size is small!

The technician arrived on schedule and did a great job! He was so friendly and spent extra time to make it just right!

Your technicians were great. The did their best, very professional. NO complaints at all with any of them. We just wound up with a stain in my office that wasn't there when we started. No clue what could have caused it. It showed up slowly as it started drying. There dry it got, the darker the stain became. It was around 4" or 5" in diameter and a reddish/brown color. We called and a 2nd technician came out and he was great as well. Super polite, great young man! He worked on it and it looked to us like it was better than before, but as it turns out the spot is now about 8" or 9" in diameter and it also got progressively darker as the carpet dried. Pretty frustrated as it's right in our entry way. The carpets were cleaned just before we moved into the place about 3 years ago. This is the first time we got the carpets cleaned since then. I really have no idea what could have caused this stain to appear out of nowhere. Thanks for your help.
