The technician said he couldn’t get the red punch out and my sister brought some carpet cleaner over and scrub for a little bit and got it out. He was there maybe 40 minutes to do a pretty good size area and I am very disappointed.

The technician did the carpet cleaning just fine, but I was pretty disappointed in the lack of professionalism in his demeanor and interaction with me. From all the commercials and praise I heard people giving zerorez, I expected a certain level of professionalism.
