Our serviceman was excellent. The carpet never looked better after cleaning. We are very pleased and now want two chairs, a dust ruffle and ottoman cleaned.

Follow through on commitments about timing schedule. I asked to be the first appointment in the Morning and I was told I would be. Come to find out I was second - so I had to wait around for the phone call to verify when the crew was coming
Floors look great! Technician was very friendly and thorough.
I was hoping the technician would go over the extras options with me before he began cleaning. I probably would have added some pet drain removal if quoted a price. I would like to have had an estimate on extras. Otherwise, he did a good job of cleaning the requested areas and was very professional. I didn't get my invoice for a couple of days, but that worked out ok, as I was able to pay with a credit card by phone.
The estimate you gave me knowing the amount of rooms and stairs and hallways, as well as the fact that we had pets and an elderly woman with incontinence was less than 1/3 of what was actually charged for the work. It looked nice when they were done, but the odor returned a few days later. Feeling like it was a mistake to spend over $1,600 for a job that didn't take care of the problems!
the carpets look great and they were very dirty. The 2 guys that did the work were very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed regarding costs, etc.

The carpets look like new after a Zerorez cleaning! The associate, Jacob, who did the work really knew about stains and the treatment to get them out of the carpet. There was a glitch in my schedule that day and Zerorez was great to work with me to adjust the time of their service.
Drew was very caring and accommodating, understanding and really worked hard with a tough job!
