Other carpet cleaning companies could not get a stain removed from our carpet in the office. Zero raise came out got it out right away. The employees are professional and polite.
Clean, dries quickly
Service was great, quick. Price is ok. The stairs were pretty damp when done. Overall, we’re happy with the cleaning.

I really liked that the people that worked at my house were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. I also like that there were no chemicals used. It was very pricey with the added $50 a room but otherwise it was a great experience and they were very fast and finished quickly.

The time schedule I always get is giving is 4,5 hours to a 5 time span . As a property manager on 3 different properties is for me to hard on being on a standby for all them hours special in the busy summer time season. I talk in person on the phone about this issue last year but nothing has changed. The only good on the company are the technicians , never had any issues or problems with none of them after all the years.
Clean & professional
I absolutely loved how kind and respectful our tech was! He was on time and very professional. He worked so hard and they finished early! They were very careful not to damage anything and when the carpets were done they looked almost new!! We had a fantastic experience with Zerorez!

I am very pleased with my carpets. I am happy with the products that were used and the service was outstanding. I found a new friend. My tech, was very friendly and took a lot of pride in what he was doing. He was very efficient, and couldn't have done more for his own Mom.

Carpet was way wet. Took nearly 2 days to dry. Left one area worse by far than it was to begin with
I thought the guy who arrived was very friendly. But, he left a mess behind!
There were dirty black marks where he touched my white doors. And, he dropped “water” all over my wood floors and tile. I asked him if was okay to leave big water marks and he said it was just water and it would be fine.
But, I’ve had to mop after he left. There were marks everywhere. I was kinda disappointed about that.
The cleaning was good. They made a chip in my mirror wall. I reported it but have heard nothing back

Austin did a fantastic job! Our carpets are super clean and we are very happy with the work he did. The reason I give Zerores a 5 has nothing to do with Austin or the work he did. It has to do with Zerores in general. I was hesitant to even schedule you because I know how you work. You advertise a certain thing, I get an initial estimate but guaranteed that is never the actual cost. I realize Austin is schooled on how to nickel and dime until the cost is triple the original estimate. I don't fault Austin for that, he is just doing his job. I used to use another company that always stuck to their original estimate and up until the last time I had them out was very happy with the work they did.
I like the ease of getting an appointment, the open communication and the polite and efficient execution of my carpet cleanings.
Technicians were great. Did a wonderful job and very conscientious. Very good workers and communcations.
There were a lot of spots on my carpet the tech couldn’t get out and i also paid for an ottoman to be cleaned and he only did 3 sides of it, I had to clean the 4th side after he left
