The guy was pretty good but missed the clening of a few spots.
I admit my carpet was quite dirty, I wish they would have sprayed the worse areas a little more and gone over it more than once. When I had my carpet cleaning business I would have brushed those areas first.I was hoping to avoid carpet replacement for a little longer.

Technicians are well trained and the cleaning product is superior leaving my carpets in the cleanest state. I have used their services since they first began serving Provo area because the carpets were obviously cleaned better than the many truck mounted companies we’d used previously. And the applied protectant has saved us on multiple stains from grandchildren mistakes!

Y’all were able to fit me into a slot I didn’t think was available. Your tech, Max, was: on time, walked the site, verified what I wanted, checked with his black light and reassured me that he could do more, but didn’t think it was necessary. He kept me informed with each step, he finished in a timely manner and was even willing to ask management if there were any discounts I was eligible for. Which is how I found out that they do offer a military discount.
