Prompt & did the job

The tech who arrived to do the job was very personable, which we look for first with any service company coming into our home. He wore booties, and the work done that day was very professional. Our carpet is over 30 years old, and yes, there are some high traffic areas that he treated prior to cleaning - and we understood and agreed that those might not look absolutely perfect, and they didn't. But they were so much better than we expected.

We also recently purchased a great SHOE RACK for our garage, placed it near the door, with box of booties nearby and with a sign (printed from computer) saying "Thank you for removing shoes (or slipping on booties)" We have same sign with box of booties at the front door - a reminder for us, as well as for anyone staying a while. Wish we'd have thought of and done this years ago!
Don't think twice before hiring these people; we've used them twice now, and have stopped looking for the best carpet people in our area. D. Edwards (Provo)

The rug still is dirty. When it dried out by the next day, it looks very bad just as bad as before the cleaners started.

I have called your company and they are coming back to redo the rugs.

I have had different rug cleaners before and they always got the rugs clean and didn't charge 1/3 as much as your company did.

I am extremely happy with my carpet cleaning and tile cleaning service. The technician was very thorough, did an excellent job and was professional. He arrived timely and he was careful with furniture and wall corners.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants a quality carpet cleaning service.

He did a good job, I just wouldn’t likely recommend Zerorez because I am a little embarrassed at how expensive the service was. Very, very expensive.

The kid who came and clean was very nice but I could tell he was tired from a long day and did a so so job cleaning and I could see spots that he missed and he would say he tried to clean them but he could try again when I said yes please he would try the one spot and it would start to come out. But it was like that every spot and I didn’t feel like he wanted to be there any longer so I just let him leave. I feel like all the surfaces need to be redone. I went with zero Rez because I wanted the job done right they aren’t the cheapest but I thought it would be done. My rugs weren’t horribly dirty and are pretty mew rugs in general and the technician even said oh they aren’t that bad so I’m surprised they didn’t get cleaned like I thought they would.

Carpet Dries quick

Your serviceman was excellent. I wasn’t even on his original route, but he came to my rescue when there was a misunderstanding on arrival time. He worked his tail off. Our carpets looks fabulous! I give dirty looks to anyone who tries to walk on them with their shoes on!! ;)

I’m a realtor who’s been using and recommending your services personally and to my clients for years. You’ve always been the best and most consistent. This time didn’t seem to be quite as good as I’ve normally experienced. Maybe it was the carpet? Who knows. The normal traffic marks and darker edge where it meets the tile, just didn’t clear up like it normally does with you guys. Also, while doing an open house I cleaned up several dirty spots with baby wipes that came right up. It almost feels as if it didn’t get cleaned or was done very quickly and surfacey. Can we have a tech retry on at least the main area? Thanks.

Uneven cleaning patterns in carpet, not associated with specific localized stains nor high-traffic zones. Overall, I’m very happy with the result (i.e., dramatically cleaner carpet), but it appears that half the room was cleaned more thoroughly than the other half, resulting in a distinct difference in the carpet color on the two halves. Fair price, competent and professional staff, good communication, easy to schedule appointment.

I don't know the name of the gentleman who cleaned our carpets, but he did a very good job.
He got all of the spots that were in our carpet, and it didn't take very long to dry. He was very personable with my husband and he liked that (I was sitting in a different room reading and didn't get to meet him). Our dirty carpet looks new again.
