The carpets were still really wet after 12-14 hours. I turned on fans .. maybe this is normal?
I was happy that all the gross spots came out.

I like that my carpets aren’t wet after being cleaned, I also appreciate that there isn’t much smell (probably because of the carpets not being damp).
However, I think there are stains in the carpet that would have come out with a regular carpet cleaning service. I don’t know that the tile cleaning that we paid for was worth it, and of course, when I called and made the appointment the person didn’t tell me this wasn’t regular tile cleaning, so that was a waste of money. Additionally, the upholstery cleaning was “okay”, but probably not worth it either. The kid that came was nice enough, I guess I was expecting better results for $300+

I feel like my 5 room 1 hallway and upholstery cleaning was a very rushed job. I didn't appreciate the pressure he gave me to do a pet treatment.

I never recieved a copy of an invoice that I could print. I have you clean business property and need those invoices that can be saved as a pdf or printed for tax purposes, very disappointed especially since I requested it specifically.

I’d send pics of the rugs you cleaned and ruined if I could. Also, I had to go and wipe up soap residue on the tile after it dried. Very disappointed.
