The soiled areas in the front room carpet that we paid extra to have the pad replaced look terrible even after getting them cleaned. I'm really disappointed, but it may just be that the soiled area is too much to clean.

The carpet cleaner person was very competent; but I was not pleased with the product - the cleaning solution. Several dirty spots were not removed. I also did not appreciate the extra cost for pet problems in several rooms.
My carpets didn't really feel clean after. I couldn't even tell he cleaned my grout. Just thought zerorez would be a better clean.
The cost to treat needed areas in my home ended up exceeding the quote that I was given over the phone by quite a bit.
If it works - it is worth doing again. I have been using the service for years and will continue to do so.
