The techs tried to upgrade me, and when I didn’t want to I feel like they rushed through and my carpets look the same as they did before they were “cleaned”. None of the spots were removed at all, and they left very quickly without me even seeing the job. They were here less than 30 minutes for a pretty large area. I reached out for a re-service and they are coming Wednesday, although I haven’t received a time. Hopefully they actually clean them this time. My family have all used you and had great results which is why I chose to use you as well, so I’m hoping this was a fluke.
The young man william was very respectful of my property friendly and offered me a pet cleaner which I bought.
Residue left in several places on my carpet. It’s sticky and orange colored. The soonest I can get anyone back for a “recall” appointment is 8 days after the initial cleaning. I can’t put my room back together and where the spots are it feel terrible on my hands and feet.
I love that my carpet isn't soaking wet once it's cleaned, the representatives are polite and helpful without upselling. Really love that my carpet stays clean for a long time.
William provided the best carpet I've ever had in 50 years. I will not let anyone else clean my carpets but him. This guy went far above others to make sure he did a great job. He definitely is a great face for the company. My carpet looks brand new!! Thank you so much!

I have referred numerous friends and family members to Zerorez. The technicians have all been so friendly, kind and very careful doing their job. The carpets dry so quickly and there's no "crunchiness" from soaps and chemicals. Spencer and Hunter did a great job Thursday. They worked together so well and had the job done very quickly. Because I thought I was going to be making some changes in my flooring, and let the cleaning go longer than I should have, I had some serious traffic paths. But it looks beautiful. Thank you for whatever you do with that "empowered" water.
The team you sent to my house were very professional, did a nice job, were personable and I was so happy to see them wearing masks.

When I first started using Zerorez a few years ago, I thought the service and the cleanliness of my carpets were unmatched by any other service. As the years have gone by, I feel like Zerorez has started to upsell me on things that should be included. Stain treatment as an up sell? Isn’t that why I called to have my carpets cleaned? I called back after my last appointment to express my disappointment with the spot cleaning and was told I could pay to have them come out and re-treat. I’m done with Zerorez. I’m going to Stanley steamer or another carpet cleaning service to see if I can find the same satisfaction that I originally had with your company

Whenever I’ve had my carpet cleaned before it was alway “crunchy” to walk on after it dried. Not with Zerorez. When dry it was not only super clean it was as soft as when it was brand new. An extra bonus was an extremely qualified, professional and friendly technician. Thank you Zerorez. I’ll be signing up for you to come again.

Quick and efficient service
We had an approximately 4" stain that did not come out the first time. Austin and.back and tried everything he could and gratefully the stain is now gone. Thank you , Austin! And thank you. Zerorez.
I am still thinking about whether or not to call and have my couches redone....still quite soiled. They weren't very wet when he finished. I will call within 30 days.
I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning! The technician was prompt, thorough, kind, and explained the details to me. I told my cousin and she is planning to get her carpets done by Zerores.

I really liked the service.
However, setting up the service was not great:
The preson wrote my email address incorrectly--I didn't get any notifications
the address was for the wrong city.---the guy doing the service callled because he couldn't find my appartment.
The person also misquoted the amount of the service!!!

Set up for the service was easy, I did it through live chat because there wasn't an option to say I needed a sofa cleaned on the online booking.
