ZeroRez was so fast cleaning my new home and did an excellent job! The previous owners of our home had some not-quite potty trained pets and you could smell it, but after these guys came through you never would have known! The scent of the carpet was fresh and clean without the weird feeling of any residue. The carpet almost looked a shade lighter and was so fluffy and soft! I also got their protectant services and am very grateful for that! Great service, awesome price, and VERY FAST!

I would love for another cleaning to see if that helps.

Our carpet guy was kind and careful. He worked hard to do a great job. But...when my carpet dried after cleaning, there were still large areas that were not clean. Anywhere that he pretreated came clean but I guess he didn't pretreat all the spots. It is the main room that needs pretreating in certain spots and then recleaned.

Got right down to business and did a good job.
Made an old carpet look better than it had a right to.

Jake was fabulous. I had Zerorez do my carpet about 10 years ago and it was awful. I waited forever but gave you another try and I’m so grateful I did! The carpets look new and smell so clean!

Chris got out so many stains that I thought were there permanently. Our carpet was so fluffy and beautiful. I was so impressed.

I called because I wanted my chairs done and decided to do the carpets too. The chairs weren't done (the cleaner said because they were cotton). That leaves me with needing to find other means of getting my chairs cleaned. Also, there are still stains on my carpet, which I will also need to get cleaned.

I appreciate that chemicals aren't used, but I still have the same issues.

Can I please get a refund? The spots in my carpet are back. I pd $150 for nothing.

I’ve used another company where they came in with a machine to loosen the dirt. There wasn’t a change at all in the look of the carpets when your technician was done! The entire house was fine in about an hour. I’ll never use your company or recommend you again!!

The carpets look exactly the same after they dried. You would expect a difference after a " professional cleaning " but same stains and spots as it looked before they were cleaned. I was expecting an obvious cleaner look but it was not the case. Sorry , the service did not meet my expectations. So, this is my honest feedback. No need to contact me. I simply will not hire your services again.
