Very nice, respectful and hard working. Carpet was really stained at first and almost looked brand new afterwards.

I called to discuss some misinformation I was given during a cleaning with Mitch. We discussed my concerns. He said he would get back to me and never has 5 days later.

I couldn’t add upholstery cleaning to my order. Otherwise the service and end result was great!

I'm happy with the cleanliness of my carpets. They look great and the two spots I was concerned about are gone. I would give you a score of 10 but I wish the young man who cleaned my carpets had worn shoe coverings over his sneakers while he cleaned my carpets. Shoes are very dirty from just normal activities and walking on a damp carpet means that some of the dirt from his shoes was left behind on my clean carpets. Shoe coverings are not expensive. I'm surprised that you don't require your employees to wear them while cleaning inside customers' homes.

We had a great experience. the tech that came out was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Because we did our whole house and we aren't moving, we had a lot of furniture around and he was very helpful with what he needed to do and how to get it done.

Being only water is great. It dried quicker than expected with Dan’s running of course. I was highly disappointed in how the tech walked everywhere including outside in the same shoes without coverings even on our cleaned and wet carpets but we were told not too. Never saw that before and was puzzling.

I had you come out a second time to redo some areas in my dining room and bathroom because the grout was not cleaned very well the first time. On the day of the appointment I had a doctor appointment in the morning and would have been home on time for my 11:30-4 appointment, but you arrived an hour early and I wasn’t home. My landlord let him in and I told him the general areas that needed to be done. I arrived 5 minutes or less after the guy left. The landlord said he was in and out really fast. My floors don’t look much different after the second visit. If he had not come an hour early, I would have been home and could have shown him myself the problem areas. I’m not very happy with how the floors turned out. My carpets are fine and he did a good job on those, but I’m disappointed in how the tile floors turned out. You should train your people to slow down a little when cleaning grout because they take a little longer to get clean. I know time is money, but happy customers are money too.

The carpets look great and the guys that came were so nice. They even helped my husband when he was trying to get a heavy box downstairs. Will definitely be a returning customer
