I had a stain on my carpet for over a year, as I had spilled blue liquid laundry soap on the carpet. Even though I had tried to removed the stain I was unsuccessful. Ryder who cleaned my carpet was able to get the stain out. He was very professional and will use your services next year.

Stairs were cleaned too fast and edges still dirty. Small spots in carpet were left. I’m going to clean them myself with my hand held steam cleaner to get the results I was expecting from a professional cleaner

The man that came to our house was absolutely wonderful. He knew his craft and did an excellent job cleaning our rugs. I would have him back at anytime.

My wife saw the carpet and she asked me when the carpet cleaners were coming. When I told her they already came and how much it was, she was livid. I’m rarely seen her so mad. I called to let you o ow and they came back to redo two of the areas but it still doesn’t look better. Basically I paid nearly 700 dollars and my carpet looks no better than before. I would love some of my hard earned money refunded but I have little hope of that happening. I’m really disappointed.

there are places in the bathroom that were missed I did have him do the traffic area again in main bedroom but didn"t check bathroom.

I had excellent service. The tech was extremely helpful in explaining what services her performed and why. He pointed out damage that had been done to the carpet and ways it could be cleaned better. He arrived in a very timely manner and kept me appraised of what he was doing during the process.

Extremely fast and convenient! Literally was able to do all rooms, stairs, hallways, and spot treatments in under 2 hrs! Had 6 Rooms, 3 Hallways, 2 Stairs, and a handful of spot stains. The rep was knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely worth the time and money. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting/needing carpets or tile cleaned.

I loved the whole house pet urine treatment. The entire house smells fresh and clean now. The cleaning service was top notch, was nearly able to remove all the unsightly stains. We were told the carpet should be completely dried in 8 hours and to my amazement that statement was absolutely true. When I finished work at 1:00 a.m., arrived home and pressed my hands over the carpet, it made me smile! 😊💯 Thank you! 👍

It's just excellent. Our basement is like a new place since having the carpet cleaned. It feels fresher and smells so clean, I don't mean with a fragrance, it just smells clean. It's refreshing and looks great!!! My husband wants them to come do more carpets in our home now...

The hose to the cleaning machine leaked. They wrapped a towel around it to try and stop the leak. You could have hoses that do not leak to improve service.

I requested my hallway carpet to be cleaned during the visit and the technician forgot that area. I was still charged for it. I called to have that portion refunded, but was told a manager would have to approve that and would call me back. I never heard back from anyone.
