I like the fact that water is used so there is no residue. The pretreatment used is nice. I love that I get a call before they come. Finally, the men that have come usually are considerate and thorough.

Friendly guys, very comfortable. They were quick and thorough and accommodating. I pointed out a spot on the carpet and apparently they couldn't get it out, not sure what it is or why they couldn't get it. Overall very satisfied.

I like the friendly workers and how clean-cut they are. I like the fact that I get a phone call letting me know I am next, and then a link that lets me track the driver so I know when to come in from the back yard to be here when they arrive. I like the good job they do with the carpets and how open they are with what they have been able to do and what they weren't able to do.

Cleaning Guy was awesome. He communicated great and did a fantastic job.

Your company cleaned my tile and carpets and did a horrible job. My carpets looked worse after you cleaned them and now they have a musty moldy smell. You returned and cleaned it a second time. I still have the moldy smell that occurred after you cleaned them the first time. My carpet never smelled like this until you cleaned them. The smell is making me cough and my carpet is ruined! I have used you in the past and didn’t have a problem. I don’t think the guys that cleaned them knew what they were doing. This mold /smell can’t be healthy. I want someone to contact me to resolve this.

The workers were hard-working, knowledgeable, and polite. They put in extra effort on my toughest stains. Myy rugs, staircase, sofas, and kitchen chairs look great!
