Well he did a good job. He asked to use the bathroom and it was fine of course…but he left a nice deposit in the toilet and did not flush. I did not see it until the next day and it was a
Bit stinky and stuck on the toilet bowl. How can you forget to flush something like that?

When your rep came to our house, he asked if there had been water in the basement bedroom. I siad yes. He siad that he couldn;t clean it unless we had a certification from a dister remediation compoany. I called a dkisaposter fremediation company to ask them to viit. They told me that they do not give certifiocates. When I discribed what measured we had taken to clkean up, he siad that that is exactly what they would do and that they will come to look at it but they are doubtful they could have done any better. They said I whouldn't worry about mold and mildew given what I had done and that your compoany was being paranoid. This is from someone who has worked as a main rep from a Utah Distaster Cleanup company with many years of expienece. I had to alsmot twist there arm tyo actually sdet upm an appointment to meaure and check out the room. So I am being more careful than they are. But no need to worry we will go somewhere else for this one.
