I've been using Zerorez for almost 20 years - in Seattle (Woodinville), Manhattan Beach, and now Park City. I have always been very happy with the results! My sister, who I swear is allergic to everything, is visiting, and she was able to sit on the sofa and loveseat without having an allergic reaction. We have 2 Labrador puppies... and they have the inevitable occasional accident. The thick wool rugs in our home are clean after Jacob treated and deep-cleaned them. I wouldn't use any other company to clean our carpets, area rugs, upholstered furniture, and granite counter tops.

My carpet was wet for 48 hours and smelled for 3 days. Not cool, Frank!
I was quoted just under $300 on the phone and when the technician came it ended up being almost $700, they did an amazing job and I’m super pleased with the service but for just one room and a couch it was pricey.

I will be calling to talk to a supervisor or manager about the carpet cleaning at my home over the weekend. The spots in my entry way and on my basement stairs still exist. The spots in the entry way are faintly there but he mad them larger than they originally were. The spots on the stairs were not even cleaned correctly. The person who did the work had a bad case of body odor. I do not want him to come back to remedy the situation. If this is the type of service I can expect to receive, I will go back to AAA Restoration or another company. The past 2 times I have had the carpet cleaned, They have not done a thorough of a job as Angelo has done for me in the past. I can assume your training is the same but your cleaners probably do their own way when they get to the customers location.
I love that you don't use strong smelling chemicals. My technician was prompt, friendly and worked quickly. My carpets looked amazing after he was done. Also, ZeroRez was the least expensive quote I got after comparing about 5 companies. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to others.

I loved that the technician came towards the beginning of our appointment window. They were quick and kind. Our carpets dried within about 8 hours and they feel fluffy and amazing.

Techs (Nigel and Conrad) were great to work with. We had a difficult little situation and they were very accommodating. My carpet looks, feels, and smells better than it has after using other companies. I only took a point off for the girl who did the scheduling because I found her quite rude, unsympathetic, and inflexible.
