My husband was in the floor covering business. Zerorez was the only Company he recommended to customers who wanted to know who to call for carpet cleaning. He said their process was the only process which did not leave a residue in the carpet. Residues attract dirt he would say. We love that they are prompt, have friendly, trustworthy and competent technicians and that their prices are low. We also love that if we are not satisfied they will follow up until we are satisfied. Zerorez is our only “Go to” carpet cleaner.
The whole experience with Zerorez today was truly exceptional. They confirmed my appointment and address yesterday, I was called this morning to let me know that my technician would be contacting me before he was to arrive, he called with a 30 minute notification as well as a 10 minute notification.
My technician today was Drew. He was very professional and pleasant, and made recommendations based on observing the areas to be cleaned as well as our desires.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others, and will be using them again in the future. It would be great if I could get Drew back again!
Did not like hours for wait time -8a to 11:30a

The website for Zerorez says it dries faster than other carpet cleaning companies. It felt like we got same quality clean but our floors stayed wet much longer than when we had our carpets cleaned by another company last year.
Our carpet technician was amazing he was polite and thorough! My carpets looks spectacular! I will definitely use zerorez again.
I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. The technician arrived as promised, thoroughly explained everything to me, and cleaned my filthy chairs so well they looked brand new! I was very impressed with not only the results, but the entire experience. I will most definitely use Zeroez for all of my cleaning needs going forward.

Have had my house cleaned every two weeks professionally. But when zerorez did my tile, it was filthy. Now it is white again. Am having the back to do carpets in time for the holidays. Very impressed!

The price quote doubled for “treating pet accident areas”. It would have nice to know that upfront not while they were in my driveway.

The carpet isn't as clean as I thought it could/should be. I'm really disappointed in the quality of work. I could have paid much less and got the same job done.
