Workers arrived within the schedule time frame, they were friendly and got the job done quickly. My carpets look great and smell great too. They also cleaned the kitchen tile floor and resealed the grout, it looks fabulous.

I had recliner cleaned - it was done quickly and the recliner looked new. The workers were very polite but personable.

We had Zerorez come out 3 times and the final time when the supervisor came out, Jacob, it was a pleasant experience. We had damage done to our new baseboards the first and second time and had to recant and putty them.

The stains did not come out. In fact the stain was most noticeable and bigger after he shampoo them. We were not pleased at all & would never recommend your service. He damaged another carpet that we had cleaned & ruined it. It also came out worse than what it was before.

William was our tech and did an awesome job. I loved how up beat and friendly he was and full of energy ready to work. He let me know what he was doing and what he couldn't get out.

1) Incorporate the special offer in the estimated price online.
2) I got charged a LOT of money for a procedure that must be new, I think, because I've used ZeroRez for years and never been told I had to have it. (I do see it on the ZeroRez website, pad extraction.) This involved soaking the carpet pad and then sucking the water out again. $75/square foot is a LOT of money for that. The technician said if I did NOT use that service then none of the pet treatment would be guaranteed. I can't believe I paid $750 to get 3 bedroom carpets and a closet cleaned!
3) The technician asked "How long do you plan to keep this carpet?" which was irritating given that this house is 1 year old and it's clear from the neighborhood that all these houses are brand new.

The guys did a great job!! They were quick but not too quick to do a good job. They also were very informative of what we were to expect on our pet odor situation. Now if we could just plug the leak in our old dog, we would be all set!!!!

Friendly staff - Drew and his helper were friendly, respectful of my home and helpful with concerns.
