I was not pressured into an upsell. Appointment time confirmed multiple times and they showed up on time. Service technician was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job. Price was affordable.
Price. Previous times it has only cost approx $300. This time I requested the pet treatment and it took the overall cost before tax etc to $888. I was really shocked. Technician was great but I did see a couple of light stains in carpet afterwards that I was able to remove with vinegar.

Carpet cleaners were very informative, professional, thorough, and FAST. Carpets were cleaner than I thought they could get. After dry are definitely not having any residue left over. No additional smell added to my house from them, which I think is a big indicator there’s some left over. Nice to touch, nothing on my feet. They got out several year old stains. Did cost more then expected, and I misunderstood the price even after the cleaner explained it. But I think that was my fault. And they did go over my bill at the end thoroughly. Would hire them again, with some prep work on my end first. And probably would have negotiated for two rooms to be considered one room since one was tiny and the other had a huge king bed covering most of it.
Called your business on 6/12/21 to see what time the guys were going to be at my house. I spoke with Michelle who could find my appointment. I had received a text notification of the planned visit for the 12th that Morgan did several days ago. Michelle was apologetic and re-scheduled me for 6/26 around 8:30 AM and gave me a 15% discount. I put all my furniture back in the rooms. At 3:15 pm on 6/12, 2 Zerorex guys rang my door bell to clean my rugs. What !!! When I told them my story it sounded like this is not a rare event. They were very friendly and did a great job. I own a business and I know that public relations (PR) and word of mouth is paramount in getting customers that have had good experiences. This did not happen in this case. The end result - clean rugs was a plus but everything before this was a PR disaster.
The pricing for the pet treatment is pretty steep for otherwise very fair prices.

Timeframes better explained. I got a call that the techs would be at the house in 45 minutes, they arrived in 20 minutes. They told me it would take an hour to clean, it took 45. If I lived in the house it would have been fine, but I didn't.
