What I would have liked is to have a better time frame. I was told between 11:30am-4:00pm. It seems like you could do better on the time window.

I was under the impression that Zerorez left no residue. However, I can feel an almost sticky substance as I run my hand across the carpet--especially on the stairs. I am disappointed that some of the more soiled areas didn't clean up well. Perhaps I am expecting too much.

The techs tried to upgrade me, and when I didn’t want to I feel like they rushed through and my carpets look the same as they did before they were “cleaned”. None of the spots were removed at all, and they left very quickly without me even seeing the job. They were here less than 30 minutes for a pretty large area. I reached out for a re-service and they are coming Wednesday, although I haven’t received a time. Hopefully they actually clean them this time. My family have all used you and had great results which is why I chose to use you as well, so I’m hoping this was a fluke.
The technicians were very thorough and went through each room before cleaning it to see what needed to be cleaned. They would communicate with me throughout the whole process.
