Service tech was very nice. Carpet looks very good
The young men came not wearing any fragrance on their clothing or person. Service was quickly accomplished and left no chemicals in the carpet or fragrance. The carpets look very good considering the age and wear.
I was told the carpet would dry in 4 to 6 hours, however, there were damp places in the bedroom carpet at bedtime (they arrived at 8:45 in the morning. Places on the stairs were damp this morning almost 24 hours later.
I will have your service again.

I asked zerorez to come back to try to get a stain out. They came out and talked to me and was able to get the stain out.

You did not really hold to the advertised price of $33 per room since you charged me for two rooms because one was 3 inches more than 200 inches which I thought was not right and then a water exchange charge. However I knew of the charge when I agreed for the services but felt like perhaps the advertising was a not honest. I would still call you again.

The staircase looked worse than before it was cleaned. It looks like the dirt was brought to the surface and then was not sucked up. It will be redone today. Hopefully better results the 2nd time.

We have rental properties where we want to extend the life of our carpets, We buy quality carpet and have found that the Zerorez way of cleaning carpets does just that. The lack in using traditional soaps makes our carpets look and smell better for a longer lifetime.

I'm not sure what went wrong but my stairs look dirtier then before they were cleaned. It looks like all the dirt was brought to the surface and then just left there. Will be having zero rez return to reclean the stairs. Hopefully the 2nd time around it will look better. Carpets also took 12+ hours to dry even with fans blowing on them. I was hoping for 8 or less.
Friendly staff, low cost and absolutely Zero Rez! Would recommend in the Sandy Utah area!
