The pet treatment did not work. Everything else was fine.
I was very impressed with the service. Ryan (?) did a terrific job and the rug looked and smelled very clean. He also used protectant, but I can't evaluate this until time passes. He was friendly and efficient and did a wonderful job. He also worked to remove a stain caused by dirt accumulating into an area where vacuum motor oil was spilled. It looks good, but I will have to watch what happens in the next week or two. A previous rug cleaning company attempted to clean it, but it came back within two weeks. I hope that doesn't happen here, but will notify you if it does. In the meantime, kudos to our technician, Ryan!!

I have been using your services for years and am always pleased. But usually the carpets take much longer than the tech tells me to dry. This time I asked the tech to go over the carpets just one more time than he usually would. It helped so much! I'm going to ask the techs to do this from now on. Having wet carpet for 24+ hours is really annoying.

My only disappointment was the price. My husband thought stairs and hallways were included in the $25/room price. We were interested in having our inexpensive rugs cleaned until we found how expensive it would be.
