According to the Landlord, the carpet has stains and smells

The fellows who came were right in the slot given us, they were courteous and did a good job.

I upgraded and got the pet odor treatment. The next day I was disappointed to find that the odor was only about 60% gone. Maybe the product needs to sit on the carpet longer to really be effective.

It got every area so clean and got all the spots out! The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough! He did a great job! Very pleased!

The operative was extremely polite and performed his work with excellence.

The next day there were brown spots on the carpet that weren't there before so I got out my carpet shampoo and rag and tried to clean them. I can still see a little stain. I should have taken a photo and let you know but I didn't think of it until later.

The technician was very responsive and helpful. He also did a good job upselling me on service that I needed, so give him a bonus or something.

We have upstairs a 30 plus year carpet in our living room. When it was cleaned, it turned out very nicely. In the basement there were some stains that came out. So we were pleased with our experience.

Friendly service

Quality of the work, I found out about you guys thru a coupon for $25 a room.
When the service tech was supposed to charge me I couldn’t find the coupon right away, but he claimed the sale has ended last month and charged $33 per room. Then after he left I found the receipt and it stated sale was thru 03-31-21
But overall was easy to schedule, and my carpets where left super clean even tho I had quite a few stains in two of the rooms out of three.

We like the cleaning process of not using chemicals for cleaning agents.

On time, vehicle tracking. pleasant cleaner who was easy to talk to. He did an excellent job, quickly. Our carpets haven't been this clean since we installed them over 10 years ago.

They were fast but thorough in there cleaning and also got out some spots I didn't think would come out

The technician was great. But my carpets feel even dirtier. The carpet is like sticky and feels gross when you touch it. Like it’s filled with soap and wasn’t rinsed out?

I just need to see how it holds up over time.

the carpet looks good, the waves went down, but I don't see or feel any difference in the "extra protection" coating that the person who was here sold us on. It feels kind of like the anti-rust protection a used car dealer tries to sell when you buy a car, anything to squeeze a few more dollars out of us. I think I'll use someone else next time, so see if they use the same tactics. I would rather just get the great cleaning I ordered, and not worry that the bill will actually be three times what I was planning. So much for zero residue, right? Just a little bit disappointed in the full experience
