I’m not impressed with one of the bedrooms. After it dried it still looks dirty. My stairs were really soaked, and they hav erec a hint of brown to them.
My dining room and front room look better
Hunter was very helpful, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions as to what might work better. Once the decision was made, he went to work and got the carpet cleaned. When he was finished, he explained what we needed to do and the drying time.

The carpet is only slightly cleaner than it was before we used the service. Not sure empowered water is good enough to really clean. I will be going back to Chem dry.

Service was great. Ben was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The only complaint I have is the block of time I had to keep my schedule open (between 11-4pm). It would be helpful if someone could call the day of service and provide a tighter time frame... maybe within 2 hours.
