very expensive, even with promotions. Extra charge for every little thing, like a walk in closet that isn't any bigger than a normal closet, just deeper than wider.

Efficient and cautious.I was at work, so my daughter was there to receive them. They got out stains that another company had only been able to lighten. Everything went very smoothly.
I was very happy with the initial quote, happy with the communication, happy with the technician and the cleaning. What got me was that I allowed myself to get upsold on the sealant. It sounded like a really great idea, and a good way to protect my carpet. But when it came down to applying the sealant, I saw that the technician merely went around and sprayed a light layer of chemical over all the surfaces I paid for, barely even covering some of the surfaces. This seems like something I could have easily done myself, and yet for some reason this service cost me an additional nearly $300, and left me feeling very frustrated about the additional expense. At that cost, it seems like the sealant would have been something much more complicated.
The workers who cleaned our carpet worked hard and efficiently, were friendly, and were very thorough in cleaning our carpets. They made certain we were happy with the final results. I have used Zeroez for years and am very happy with the results in the process they use in carpet cleaning. The carpets stay cleaner longer than with other companies we have used in the past.

Great service! Granted, we've only ever rented cleaners from the local hardware store, so we've never experienced any other company's service. Our carpets and sectional look immaculate and we didn't get that "wet dog" smell for a week that I usually associate with carpet cleaning. Things smelled fresh and clean, and yes, our house was a little more humid for 24 hours, but it was a pleasant smell. The carpets look and feel great.

My technician, Benjamin M, was the best tech I’ve ever had when I’ve gotten my Carpets cleaned. He gave me great advice on my couch covers, worked extra hard on a carpet stain in my daughters room, cleaned up his footprints on the hardwood, and was a very hard worker. I was very impressed. He definitely is the reason I would recommend zero Rez. Also my carpets feel, look, and smell great!

My carpets are so clean with any spots gone. I was surprised how wet the carpet was after they left. It could have been because they put something to help it stay clean. My back stairs were still wet this morning. Your employees were very courteous and professional

I was initially frustrated that they came over an hour and a half early, disrupting a zoom call I was conducting.
Besides that it was a great experience. The techs were great, efficient, and removed a stain I thought was permanent. So happy with that stain removal I just have to give a 10 (even thought I'm still frustrated by the timing).
