I am very pleased with how my carpets, furniture, and shower tile turned out. They look great and my carpet is so soft. Our sneezing and coughing have been reduced greatly since the cleaning. I love that no chemicals are used and if there is a stain, citrus is used. The technician that did the work was very courteous and thorough. Thank you very much!

Teach your tech's what the "NAP" of the carpet is. I had to explain that even if one side of the "nap" was clean, the other side had to be cleaned also.

And you could also mention to them that when they put a solvent on the carpet, it needs to sit a few minutes to do it's work, then clean that area. The young man didn't do that.

I have a light beige carpet. I know it is a pain to get it clean around t.he eating area. The young man seemed to be in a hurry, and didn't get all the spots out, now I have to call you and bother you about getting someone here to clean the spots that were missed. I'm so sorry to have to bother you.

Other than that, your man did a great job, and I will invite you to come into my home and clean the carpets again.
