After two visits from your technicians, on two separate days, my carpet and my house smells worse than it did before the carpet was cleaned.
At the very least I would like my money back!
One of your guys also poured so much water on my carpet it got into the vent and ruined a toffer light in our shop. Another $75.00 that he said you would take care of.

Work Harder on some of the hard spots
Good communication. Carpets look very clean and bright when finished. When asked about extra projects, gave the price so I could decide if I wanted them done. Very professional ad courteous technicians. Carpets dried nicely in about 5 hours with use of fans.
The carpet was left excessively wet and the service advertised on your website for wood floors was not available.
I have reddish areas that weren’t there before. They were areas treated with urine treatment. Plus, there were other areas that were so wet that the water came up around my toes. My first experience was awesome. This time around not so much.
I’ve used Zerorez to clean my carpets three times and every time they do a great job! This week John was our technician and he was very efficient and professional!

Mid information on the 30 day guarantee... was lead to believe it included the pet smell that I paid extra for. Had to be very persistent to get it taken care of as finally did through text and phone call. Then when the tech arrived to do it free of charge as I had been told), he knew nothing about it being free.... finally got it resolved . Waste of my time and very frustrating. The tech was very good.... just had not been informed.... need a better system for that communication.

The technicians arrived exactly at the time of the appt. Before they started the clean, they told me what outcome I might expect on my carpets and tile. They completed the job in less time than I expected. I was very satisfied with the results. They were friendly, professional and helpful.
The commercial estimator was very pleasant to work with and was willing to assist in making things right after a failed initial communication. The representative whom performed the actual cleaning was great to work with and did a fantastic job.
It would be nice to have a more exact window of when we can expect the cleaners to show up, but I understand that that is likely difficult to do.
